Very nice home, quite neighborhood. Host was so easy to work with. We needed to add extra nights to stay do to bad weather prolonging a work trip and made everything so stressless for us. Thank you again.
This weekend stay was perfection. Great location, very nice home, great communication with the owner. We enjoyed how well equipped it was for a family, outdoor grill and sitting area, family games available, spacious bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen. I could go on. Great stay.
This has been the worst experience that i have had. Upon our arrival to the house it was not cleaned at all. There were dead bugs on the floor, food on the chairs and the table and in some of the decorative items, it was hair in the beds and stains on the pillows cases, hard soap sum in the showers ( didnt notice it until the water hit it) the game room was not up to par everything that was pictured wasnt there (mini fridge/games/desk and chair) air hokey table was broken and a huge piece was on the floor, I reached out to the property manager Natalie and was asked if i wanted the cleaners to come i refused due to i had already cleaned up the house tof us to stay there and didnt have any need for them to come at that point so i asked for a refund for just the cleaning portion of our stay. She first refused saying she h as d to get with the cleaners which she was unable to do so at that time which was fine. I also attached photos that she claimed she didnt receive but was in the messages attached and i was able to see. After our stay i reached back out to Natalie about the refund and it was stated to me that i just wanted to shake her down and chisel.her out of money as if i was a gangster or a thug. She also stated that she refunded me 40 dollars and would have refunded me more but due to the credit card processing fee she didnt. It has been an on going back and forth tussle and so unfortunately unprofessional to say the least. Disrespectful to say the least dealing with her
House was wonderful and lots of space. Outside not cleaned. Fire pit unusable due to being full of old burnt wood and trash. Upon opening grill, found burnt food left on grill. Overall, we had a great time and home was convenient to everything
Great place. Not very clean many things not working right. Drain in bathroom, handles loose or falling off. General overall handyman recommendation to do a deep comb through to give it a comfortable feel again
Could have not had a better stay. This house had everything we needed and the location was stellar. I will recommend this house to anyone lucky enough to get tickets.
Mini reunion for brothers birthday. Brought mama and sisters. Had a great time. Home is great. Very comfortable and well stocked for everything we needed. Will definitely stay again. Thank you!
Thank you for an amazing stay for my niece’s wedding. Convenient and close to everything, the house was just perfect for my large family. We will be back!
Enjoyed the property. Home was very pet friendly right down to dog bowls (that we forgot to bring)…weather was nice and was able to have a fire in the pit:). Will definitely rent again
This house is so cute and spacious, it had all the amenities and the host was easy to communicate with! My kids LOVED staying here and we did too. This house is in a quiet neighborhood and has a fenced in backyard which is great for privacy.
The house is nice, it was enough space for our family. The stay was great. Natalie responded quickly to any questions we had. She accommodated us when we needed to extend our stay. We will definitely stay again.
We were in Augusta for a rowing competition and needed a quiet place for the parents to stay! What a perfect location!! The backyard was awesome for cooking out and the neighborhood was so quiet that we all got great sleep! Most importantly the house is big enough that we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other! Could not have asked for a better house!!
The stay at this home was amazing!!! My family and I felt cared for and welcomed! The home was very inviting and I would most definitely stay at this home again!! I would actually buy this home if I could!! The host was extremely nice and I was able to reach her quickly when I had questions about checking in! This was amazing!
My friends and I enjoyed our one night stay. The home was immaculately clean and had everything that we needed, plus more; such as the coffee bar, hand soap in the bathrooms and the kitchen, lots of electrical outlets and extension cords with USB ports, and three TVs. We did not use the outdoor area, although it was very inviting with seating around the fire pit area.
This home was well appointed and fresh. There was plenty of space for me, my spouse and four adult children and very pet welcoming. The open floor plan of the middle level allowed for good gathering space while four bedrooms and two baths were helpful for folks to have their privacy. The game room was convenient for smaller groups to have some time together away from the large group. If Augusta weren't so hot in August, the outdoor space would have been a wonderful place to hang out. Kitchen had everything we needed to make simple meals between events.
Natalie was a great host! She was very accommodating. The house had everything that we needed. I would stay at this property again if in the area. The location is close to anything you may need. We enjoyed our stay!
Quiet neighborhood with everything nearby. Rooms were as expected - beds were the most comfortable! Everyone made a comment about them the next morning! Don't think we needed for anything while there. Would definitely rent again!
We had a high school fishing tournament in which we had 3 teams competing and this house worked perfect for us. It was very clean and the house was just as described in the listing. The host was very friendly and communicative with the questions that I had prior to arrival.
The living areas and backyard of this home are beautiful. However we experienced several appliance and electrical problems during our stay. The left rear stove burner took a while to heat up. The fan in the downstairs bedroom arced and shorted out requiring replacement. Each time the washer was run it quit at the beginning of the rinse cycle, tripping the circuit breakers. This often coincided with the use of another appliance, usually the microwave. After noticing an ozone odor, we unplugged the washer. The upstairs stairs had an improperly installed handrail, there was no handrail for the downstair steps. Several of the mattresses did not have box springs. While we enjoyed our stay, the electrical and stair rail items are significant safety concerns.
Overall, my guests (group of 10) enjoyed their stay and had enough space, but they had several complaints regarding appliances not working and they didn’t have water for 12+ hours. I felt bad that we weren’t prepared to help our guests, especially with the water issue, but Natalie did try her best to find out what was causing the problem. It was a nice house.
