-OEKO-TEX® certification ensures all our 100% 400 thread, long staple cotton sheets are free from toxins and chemicals, making them safe for your family and friends. All bath towels are also 100% Turkish cotton.
-Work from home with a full office, printer, and desk in the master bedroom, and the second desk in the smaller bedroom.
-Internet access throughout the unit.
-TV in every bedroom, and living room.
-Full kitchen (air fryer, toaster, bakeware, stove top/oven, microwave, coffee maker, etc.)

-Love to recycle? We have a small green recycle bin in every unit. You can then transfer them to the city’s blue and yellow bigger recycle containers on the side of the building. Please rinse out food containers before or just trash them if you don’t feel like doing so.
-Jungle wall with a pink neon "Find me under the palms" sign at the entrance. Great for social media pics!
-We have keyless pad entry and will send you the code 3 days before your arrival. Just enter it, and you're in. That's it!

About the host
Hosted by Mai & Eric

I have 4 children, 6 if you include my husband and a German Shepherd Dog. I’m a stand-up comedian and my husband, Eric, works from home. We homeschool our children so we can travel frequently. We enjoy RVing, overlanding and sailing. Eric is the co-host and would be your main contact.
Why they chose this property
We bought this place back from my father because of its unique location and since my husband’s Eric is from New Orleans, we also love old houses. We always like to support local businesses and had and idea to feature arts from local artist. That’s how we learnt about the legendary Highwaymen artist, and paid a visit to Ft. Saint Lucie museum to look at the paintings. Originally, because of the special wood molding on the ceiling of the up stairs unit, we’re going to decorate it colonial tropical style. While looking for bamboo, rattan and wicker furniture pieces, we ran into Palm Beach Regency style of the more affluent Palm Beach neighborhoods. We thought it’s locally unique and represents the county well to the visitors. We then fell in love with the style more and more after spending a lot of time browsing the web for used items that won’t break our bank. As a comedian, I’m also amused to with Eric’s idea about combining the alligator into the theme. It took us 6 months to renovate the front building, we wanted do it right. We truly have fun and take pride decorating it and hope that you’ll enjoy it too. We’re in process of redoing the back building, and then beautify the courtyard garden. Thank you for your stays and support us to finish this unique project.
