Escape to this private 3 bed/2 bath pool home situated in West Palm Beach's famous Antique Row & Design District. This vacation rental provides the essentials you need, and the comforts you want, when you are away from home. While updated with all modern amenities, the charm and character was not lost in this almost 100 year old home that still retains the original hardwood floors..

The home comes beautifully furnished and offers a luxurious king-sized bed in the master and queen beds in the other 2 rooms. The comfortable sofa in the living area also transforms to sleep 2 adults or up to 4 children.

In addition to the 50" 4k UHD SmartTV in the living room, there are TV's in each bedroom, all with cable. If you need access to the web during your stay, you will enjoy unlimited high speed fiber optic internet access at no additional cost.

Outside you can relax by the sparkling saltwater pool, or head to the beach just a few blocks away. No need to bring beach towels, they are provided. There are also 2 adult-sized bikes and cottage available to guest use for additional costs.

After a day in the sun you will find many great restaurants in the area, but if you choose to stay in there is a fully equipped kitchen and outdoor grill. Coffee lovers will also appreciate that they can have their Starbucks latte or Americano any time of day without having to leave the house.

West Palm Beach Getaway

Overall this was an excellent and local spot. We stayed here for a 5 day vacation and everything was very enjoyable. The pool has a waterfall feature which creates a nice ambiance. As mentioned - you will need a car to get around, but it is a short drive to downtown Palm Beach and also the public beach access. There’s also several stores and a Publix nearby which was a plus. Rooms were decently sized and the television also lets you connect during your stay to your own streaming services. Others have commented on the house being within the airport flight path, but we spent many hours poolside and it was not an issue. House has pool/beach towels, but does not have any additional beach supplies such as chairs / umbrellas so that would be something to consider if you are traveling to the beach. We would absolutely stay here again!

Slightly misleading

On the listing for this property it stated there was a hot tub that was nowhere to be found as well as a picnic table and chairs. We were also told there were beach chairs we could take to the beach however the only “beach” chairs there were broken. The house itself was very nice and very convienent!

Roaches!

The place was in a good location and close to shopping and beaches. The owner was also very easy to work with and responded quickly to questions and concerns. Unfortunately there were roaches in the house. We saw the first one on our second night there in the upstairs bathroom and then saw more on our fifth and sixth nights. I contacted the owner after we saw the first one and he had someone come over the next morning and spray. This didn't really help as we saw more later in the week. It made for a very uncomfortable stay knowing that one could be anywhere in the house. Other than the roaches the place seemed okay. There was some clutter and clean up needed and the couch seemed a little dingy and dirty. We won't be back there.

Lovely Home Great Pool!

This our second time at this house. It the perfect location for our long weekend for shows at the Amphitheater. The house was clean the yard is private and perfect for lounging in the pool all day in the hot July sun! I would recommend a few of the basics like extra garbage bags and paper towels to have on hand for guests but other than that we hooe to be back next year!
