The grille and outdoor table are directly outside kitchen also next to another table for 4 on the interior to easily serve & entertain. On the interior you will see details such as solid Cypress wood ceilings throughout along with solid wood wainscotting on all walls. Every turn has nostalgic beach theme decor throughout to make your stay more memorable & fun. The first living room has a large sectional & 65" smart tv. Open floor plan continues into the Fully stocked Kitchen where you have a new 150# Cast Iron farmhouse sink, updated appliances, Concrete gray quartz countertops, and Deep-Sea Blue cabinets. A Stainless-Steel stack washer & dryer is also at the residence. To prevent damage, we try to remind guest to shake all additional sand off clothing before use.
