Masters Rental

Only 15 minute walk to the tournament. Newly remodeled single story brick home that you can see Berckman's Place from the living room window. House is located on a 3/4 acre lot and is very spacious inside. Three large bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, two great inside sitting areas with large tv's for watching the tournament being played just thought the woods. The backyard is huge with a great covered outside patio with a fireplace and tv above the mantle. Patio has a Big Green Egg and RecTeq for grilling. Walking to the tournament is right around the corner. Separate laundry room with washer, dryer and ironing board. Kitchen has a breakfast room sitting area for four people. Refrigerator has ice and water dispenser in the door. Four burner cooktop with stove. Coffee maker, microwave and plenty of kitchen wear.

Awesome home and owner

This is a beautiful home in a great neighborhood and the owners are top notch! Great communication, smooth all the way through, close to the Masters and really took the time to add the little touches to make the experience great. Highly recommend for your stay in Augusta!

Fantastic Home

We LOVED this house. It was the perfect location and accommodations for our group that attended the Masters. The hosts took care of everything for us and even welcomed us with a lovely gift basket that included some fun Masters items (which we all appreciated). The house was such a welcome to come back to so we could relax after a long day of walking the golf course. It was also great to have the house within walking distance of the course as our group got separated and we knew we could just walk home if we needed! The patio with fireplace was AMAZING! We took advantage of the beautiful weather and made a fire. We just wish we had more time to spend here.

My wife is a 7th grade math teacher and I am an Extension Agent for UGA for Augusta Richmond County. We have a daughter in 9th grade and a son in 8th. I have lived in the house for nine years and love the location and space.

Why they chose this property

Plenty of room to unwind and relax. The house is just a couple of blocks from Rae's Creek and the grounds of the Augusta National. The house is both close to the Masters action as well as tucked away for some real privacy.
