Spring break 2024

The home has been updated/renovated nicely with a fantastic private pool area. We ran into a water heater issue, which resulted in it needing to be replaced. The manager, owner and plumber were very responsive and did the best they could considering it fell over the holiday. During this time, the outside shower came in very handy as the kids could shower right out of the pool! They also compensated us for the inconvenience caused by tue water heater failure. Would definitely stay here again!

Winter Break

We spent 5 weeks at this property escaping Chicago weather. The property was comfortable for ourselves and occasional guests which included toddlers, teens and adults. We enjoyed our stay and greatly appreciated the responsiveness of the Premier Host. The home is clean and nicely renovated with a great location near restaurants, shops, and beach!

The house was perfect for my two daughters, my husband and my mother! Perfect location close to restaurants and the beach. The only complaint is that the beds were not too comfortable, especially the master bed. Would stay here again!

Ladies trip

Perfect way to spend time together and be able to have snacks and small meals together. House was very well equipped. Location required a little driving to the beach but we knew that going in and parking is relatively easy

Delray getaway

Lovely home. Clean. Well-equipped. Beautiful private pool. Nice, airy layout. In a safe, residential area. 30 min from PBI airport. FLL might be even closer. Renter thoughtful. Provided beach towels, chairs and some basic stables. Linens and some bath products provided for use. Would return.
