We LOVED this spacious, modern, renovated/new, quiet, immaculate home, and we can't wait to come back. It's even nicer in person -- we walked in and all said WOW. And with all the thoughtful touches, it's quite homey and cozy. A lovely place to recharge & feel restored.

This house is newly remodeled -- absolutely gorgeous and very comfortable for our weekend stay in Palm Desert. It was very convenient to many shopping centers and the McCallum theater. The communication with the host was great, he was very attentive and accommodating. Would highly recommend this property!

Our stay experience at Chris’s place was very enjoyable and comfortable. More spacious than we thought and the layout was perfect for our stay. Kitchen was well organized, with plenty of amenities, spacious fridge/freezer and decor was welcoming. Spent our mornings and evenings on the patio and enjoying morning coffee watching the golfers and evenings while grilling. The pool and hot tub were super close and convenient. Chris was available and timely answering the very few questions we had. Thank-you- would love to come back!

Exactly as advertised

Had a great week at this place. Chris was a fantastic communicator and made sure that we had everything we needed. The location is perfect, only 5min from all shopping (Trader Joes, Albertsons, Total Wine). The pool/hot tub is right across the road which was perfect. Will definitely stay again.

Fantastic Condo!

We had a great stay at this condo, it’s very clean and nicely furnished. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities that you need and more. We were so excited about the golf cart to be able to use as well. Definitely would rent again.

Relaxing Stay

The villa was beautifully furnished and very well-equipped. The location is very good - just a short drive to El Paseo. The grounds are immaculately kept and there are a variety of pools to try. We really appreciated the use of the golf cart to get around the club. Chris was extremey prompt in answering any queries that we had and we hope to return in the not too distant future!

This is really a terrific place… It is comfortable, plenty, large, and Chris takes it to another level with all the amenities. Comfy beds, nice outdoor space, and excellent kitchen with everything we could have needed. C’mon now: Even riding the golf cart to the three pools made our vacation better! We’ll be back!

November stay

Beautiful property with clean spacious layout and even nicer than vrbo images indicate. Our family of five (kids aged 2-9) had plenty of room. The gated community was immaculate with friendly security staff. Property is located very near the weekend market at college of the desert and a very short drive to many amenities. Excellent experience!

Spring break in PD!

This is a great place to stay in Palm Desert for a get away. Took my wife and two kids during spring break for a few days out of town. The place is very well maintained, all the things in the kitchen needed for cooking and was very clean. Good communication with Chris during the entire visit. Thanks!
