Our villa is located in Emerald Island Resort in Kissimmee, which is one of the most prestigious resorts in the Orlando area and is located only three miles from Disney World, Orlando in Florida. Our guests enjoy free access to all of the resort’s numerous amenities and are situated conveniently near to all of the attractions Florida has to offer. With this villa you get the best of both worlds, the privacy and space of a large villa and the amenities in the resort.

Emerald Island Resort is a luxury Resort available for your Florida holiday or Disney World vacation.

We have personally furnished our family vacation home to the exceptionally high standards that you, the discerning traveler, are looking for. Your stay will be both relaxing and comfortable, and we hope that the happy memories will linger long after the tan has faded.

Fabulous vacation

This house made for a perfect vacation....we had more than enough space. We spent most of our time enjoying the pool and patio area which is amazing. There is plenty of privacy, lots of patio furniture for everyone and in March gets sun for most of the day. The outside TV was definitely an added bonus. Some minor issues came up but communication with the owners was exceptional, they are extremely quick to respond. The resort itself is beautiful. We highly recommend this house!!!

Could not have been better

The property and the hosts were excellent. When you first walk in you are in disbelief that you are so lucky to be staying here. Everything is top notch from the appliances to the furnishings . The home is so well laid out and so spacious that you never felt crowded. The outdoor space is absolutely beautiful and so much seating. The outdoor tv is a bonus. The large fire top dining table was a real hint on a cool or damp evening. The kitchen had everything you would be looking for from crockpots to numerous choices of pots and pans and utensils. The cupboards were so spacious you never had to look for a place to put anything. The refrigerator ice machine did not work but not to worry as there was a countertop ice maker that was perfect. The island is so large and it just worked wonderfully for our large group as did the dining area. The hosts were always available to assist when you are first getting set up and need any help at all, from booking to leaving. We were sorry to leave but it will be a family memory for years to come. The beautiful heated pool got a lot of use from our large family. Disney is easy to get to as well. Great trip! Thanks Michael and Cory for allowing g us to use your beautiful home.

Savanna Peeps

We were 11 of us celebrating our Pastor’s 80th Birthday . The house was perfect plenty of room for everyone . Beds were all comfortable , kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need . The pool and jacuzzi was just what we needed after a long day in Disney . The communication with the owner was excellent always responded on time . We would definitely come back .

Chill time

Our stay was great very nice place plenty of room, everything you need in the kitchen to cook and eat with was there for us and some ! The only thing was the hot tub only bubbled for about 30 or 40 seconds when you first turned it on then you couldn't tell if it was on or not but other then that great place and location , we all loved it and will definitely stay again and again!!!!!
