Once the White House Hotel in the early 1900's, this historic spot has been renovated into apartments specifically for modern guests. Main-level private entry and luxury finishes await just steps from Fruita's main street favorites like Hot Tomato Pizza, local breweries and coffee shops; and minutes from world-class mountain biking trails!
This apartment features a king bed, a full kitchen, and generous space for a couple or a small family (living room does have a sofa sleeper). It is main floor with outdoor private entrance and does has an apartment above it, so some noise may be heard in the building.

Beautiful apartment in the best location!

We absolutely loved this apartment. Extremely clean and loved the creative kitchen. Great location next to lots of places to walk, shop, eat and close to the National Monument. Super beautiful during the fall season with all the changing colors. Can’t wait to come back!
