This home is absolutely immaculate!! Very nicely done interior, very modern. This was perfect for my wife and I for heading to Arches, Moab, Canyonlands, Colorado National Monument, etc. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice quiet location close to main part of downtown Fruita. Short walking distance to wonderful coffee shop and excellent Hot Tomato pizza restaurant. Accommodations are very comfortable and more important, clean!!Kitchen well equipped with essentials as well as bathroom. Have never had a flat iron to use at a short term rental ever. This one has oneHost is very good at communicating and makes sure your stay is a good one. Will come back again when visiting.

This house was an amazing place to stay! The host was friendly and responded quickly to communication. In terms of the house, it was very clear that the owners thought about every detail - great living room, bright and well stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds, nice linens (bed and bath), laundry and backyard hangout. I would highly recommend this property to stay! We will definitely be back!

Great place and ideal location in downtown Fruita. Beautiful remodel, comfortable rooms, big TV, nice kitchen, secure bike storage, and washer/dryer. Will have to return to spend time using the outdoor fire pit and grill!

Awesome House and Patio

Great house just a short walk from Main Street shops and restaurants. Very comfortable beds and a nice back patio with a shed to store bikes. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay!

I came for a girls bike trip. We loved the house, it is super cute, well supplied, and just lovely. The location is fanatic, we were able to walk to store, coffee shop, and restaurants. Loved the bike shed, the deck and back porch where great. If we do another girls bike trip- I hope to stay here.

Wonderful Stay

The owner was very helpful and communicative. The property is beautiful and the kitchen appliances are well stocked. Comfortable beds in both rooms as well with plenty of extra blankets and pillow.
