Our property comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, making it the ultimate destination for your next getaway.

Step inside to discover a grand main level boasting 12-foot ceilings adorned with elegant lighting and ceiling fans. Just off the entrance, a convenient half bath awaits. The gourmet kitchen beckons culinary enthusiasts with its comprehensive array of equipment, ensuring every meal is a masterpiece. Gather around the expansive dining table for 8, supplemented by 4 breakfast stools for casual dining. A cozy conversation area, complete with a reclining loveseat, offers a serene spot to savor panoramic views. There are two separate balconies; one with BBQ and table, the other with relaxing sounds from the fresh spring creek and waterfall with seating for many!

Relax in the living room, furnished with oversized leather sofas and a gas fireplace, complemented by a 52" TV for entertainment. The main level also features the opulent master bedroom, complete with a king bed, double sink vanities, soaking tub, walk-in shower, and closet. Step out onto the balcony for a breath of fresh air and scenic vistas.

Venture downstairs to find a charming TV room, where full sliding doors reveal access to the covered patio and the surrounding red rock landscape. Need additional sleeping space? There is a queen-size hide-a-bed hidden in a hutch, along with a pull-out couch, making it easy to accommodate extra guests. Little ones will delight in the hidden play area under the stairs, stocked with toys, a pack-n-play, and games.

The lower level hosts two spacious bedrooms, each with ample closets and one with its own bathroom. Another full bathroom is located down the hall. Both bedrooms have private sliding doors that lead to the fenced yard.

Outside, discover a backyard paradise featuring a glass rock fire pit, private hot tub/swim spa, and a 10'x12' adjustable umbrella for sunny days. Plush pool towels are provided for your convenience.

Head out to the garage, where we've transformed it into the ultimate game room. Offering endless entertainment with a ping pong table, air hockey table, shuffleboard, foosball, and pop-a-shot basketball. Additionally, for eco-conscious travelers, an EV charger is available in the garage, with space for one car. While the garage can accommodate one vehicle, there is ample parking in the 20-foot driveway and free street parking in front of the property.

Opened in February 2020, Copper Rock Golf course, nestled in the Hurricane Valley, is laid out against breathtaking sandstone formations, native sagebrush and views all around. Nestled in the Hurricane Valley, Copper Rock opened to the public in February 2020. The adventurous 6,901-yard layout forges across dunes dotted with native sagebrush against a backdrop of rustic sandstone formations. On every hole, players are treated to sweeping vistas of the grandeur offered by the Pine Valley Mountains, the Hurricane Cliffs, Zion National Park and beyond.

Guests will enjoy full access to the entire home, with the exception of a locked-off closet reserved for the owner's use. The garage has been converted into a game room, though it still accommodates one car. Prior to arrival, guests will receive a front door code for convenient access. There is ample parking in the 20-foot driveway and free street parking in front of the property.
