-We are big-time dog/cat lovers. If you would like to bring your pet, please ask us about our pet fee. Please remember that pets are NOT allowed on top of beds or sofas due to the difficulty of removing pet hair from sofas and bed linens. Also, if you bring your pet, you must clean up after them (including out in the yard).

-This apartment unit is within a property that has other units. The back patio area, fire pit area, and laundry room area are shared with the rest of the units/guests.

-Due to the old construction, water pressure may not be too strong.

It has instructions on directions, parking, check-in, check-out, other videos on how to use things around the house, and many recommendations on places you can visit during your stay!
This house resides in a peaceful neighborhood. Should you need anything during your stay, with just a 3 to 5-minute drive, you'll find plenty of practical amenities such as supermarkets, gas stations, restaurants, gyms, and public playgrounds, for a more convenient stay.

This home has everything you need to have a great time with your family and friends. It is also fully furnished and fully stocked (especially the kitchen), so no need to buy any home essentials during your stay. Most probably what you need is already there. If not, please let us know and we'll do our very best to bring it to you.

You can have some fun playing foosball table and some playing board games. Looking for some privacy? They have two bedrooms each bedroom is equipped with its own TV, providing the option to enjoy a movie in the comfort of your room, complete with fast WiFi.



Looking for a morning walk? You've come to the right place! This neighborhood has a high walking score and it's very safe to walk around.

The best way to get around the neighborhood is by vehicle. You can park 1 car inside the garage. You can park 1 more car on the street in front of the house. NO parking on driveway, NOT EVEN TEMPORARILY. MAX 2 CARS AT ALL TIMES.

This property is also conveniently located close to the METRO system (bus and light-rail transportation). You can use your phone GPS to find the best METRO route. Finally, you can always use UBER or other ridesharing platforms to move around.
