Our stay was very pleasant. The beach was indeed right out our window, and we could hear the ocean from our patio. Very peacefulWe had issues mainly with parking. We were told we had to pay for parking which we did, and yet there were not enough parking spots for us, and apparently for others listening to discussions at the front desk.If a guest pays for parking there should be enough parking for all who pay.

Maybe “hotel “ size shampoo, conditioner, lotions. More cleaning supplies It seemed we were maybe the first renters since updating. Everything was new, (except stove) and that was really nicely done. Some woodwork around the cabinets was unfinished. A few of the self closing drawers didn’t actually close. And a couple of plumbing issues with dishwasher and dish disposal but the Handyman got on those right away. Front sliding door lock was sticky and hard to actually lock up, but we got it done. Just pointing these things out as observations for you. We’re completely happy.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 103 is a wonderful one-bedroom unit on the ground floor. Room was updated, clean, and perfect for our one week stay in July. Came the week of 4th of July and were able to watch fireworks from the beach - just footsteps from our room. Having in-room laundry was a bonus as well! Can’t wait to go back!

It’s A Winner!

I’ve been to Maui more times than I can remember — but our first time staying in a rental unit and we couldn’t have been happier with the location, the unit and the property managers responsiveness. A few things: 1. Location and proximity to a BEAUTIFUL, not crowded beach A++. We rented for the last 3 days of our 7 day trip. We didn’t need a car for anything and walked to shop, grocery shop, eat and drink. 2. The unit itself is awesome. Everything is nice and new & the view from the kitchen & family room are incredible. 3. If you have to do any work while you are vacationing, the set up here is GREAT! I’m an early riser/worker and the configuration for one person working and one sleeping is fantastic. Close the bedroom door and you have access to everything including early calls while walking on an empty beach. A++ 4. The bed is SUPER comfortable. It’s also super firm, but we loved it. 5. TWO full bathrooms is so so nice! 6. Property manager was VERY responsive when we were looking for beach chairs and umbrella and had questions about the TV. High praise! 7. Parking is only $4/day and very close to the unit + check in at the front desk was a breeze and the gentleman working the desk was very friendly. Any downsides? One minor one, but we knew this going in. 1. If you want a luxury pool experience, this isn’t your place. But the ocean is steps away from the unit and the pool area, while small, was clean and not very busy - ever.
