Upon arrival, park on the driveway and enter through the gated fence into the patio area. From there, walk through the patio area and enter through the keyless entry door. You will then walk up three steps to the main floor, which features two bedrooms, a full bathroom, a kitchen, a dining room area with a coffee station, and a living room with a 55-inch 4K HD television with over-the-air channels (Local). Downstairs, you will find a common area with sofa twin bed, bar chairs to hang out, play board games, and watch on a 55-inch HD television with smart apps. The washer and dryer are located in the downstairs area if needed.

Please note that the property outdoors has actively recording cameras that overlook the front porch, patio, and driveway. They record audio and video. Additionally, there is a smart home monitor on the patio that actively measures noise decibel levels. However, it does not record audio or video.

Guests will have the whole house to themselves. Please note that there are doors to closets and the attic that are locked as we store items for the house.
