Newly Built Chalet Cody to Wapiti to Yellowstone
New-built Chalet is excellent base for all Northwestern WY, Adventures. Set within the Absaroka Mts. (the Northern end of the Rocky Mts.) Only 20 mins.-Cody & 20 mins. East gate-Yellowstone. Only 1 mile to Jim Mountain trail head for access to the Shoshone N.F. & a short walk to the community`s Privet Shoshone River access, Shore & fishing. We are so happy to share our magnificent location with its mountain views, activities & wildlife (Chipmunks Fox`s,Coyotes, Mule Deer,Moose,Grizzly Bear).
Enjoy the gorgeous mountain views from every window and the large front deck while using the pellet B.Q. (also the Smith Mansion across the way) You will feel very cozy inside sitting on the conferrable couch enjoying the steam fire place or streaming T.V. With surroundsound, Sonos speakers, also with the cool A.C. or central air heating, and conferrable beds, 1-Queen single bedroom & 2nd bedroom with 2-Queen beds in a Queen, Queen Bunk bed. Very nice fully tiled bathroom and kitchen, with plenty of hot water that never runs out. This has a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, laundry and living areas.
Along with Cody (The Rodeo Capitol of the World) & Yellowstone National Forest (East Gate): Additional attractions include; Hiking, Horseback riding, Mountain biking, Whitewater rafting in the nearby Shoshone River, World-class Trout & Fly Fishing, Ice Fishing, Snowmobiling, Millions of Stars, Zip-Lining & Down hill or Cross country Skiing (Day & Night) @ Sleeping Giant, Rock Climbing, Rock Hounding, Bird Watching (humming birds, blue birds, eagles, hawks, etc.) *Hunting... (hunters note.) ... The Chalet sight is within a mile of Jim Mountain Trailhead for access to the Shoshone national Forest. Giving you excellent asset for.. Elk-53 &56, Deer-111, Sheep-2, and close proximity to all other North Fork Units. The Chalet is hunting & fishing friendly and Available Year Round. We live in a very beautiful and scenic valley with mountain views. Depending on the time of year, there is lots of wildlife and Shades of Beauty to Enjoy...
The Chalet, is located on the top floor. Parking is out front of the garage. (Not the Garage, owner space)
We have help available, just contact us and we will be there to help, if we can’t resolve the concerns off sight. We can lock or unlock the door, turn on or off the alarm, set the heat or cool, and use the two cameras outside for safety only all from our office. The neighborhood is privet community with 1+ acre lots, with a small lot for parking at the privet Shoshone River access, (follow 6 CU straight back curve to your left its on your right by power pole)

-So the beautiful night sky can be enjoyed by everyone in the area. Please have the deck overhead Tea Lights off after 10pm you may have the stair and over front door lights on after 10pm set at a very low/dim setting, this is so to not disturb anyone enjoying our beautiful night sky in the area.
-Any and all garbage should be taken to the garbage locked can under the stairs on patio.
-Please use the shoe rack for wet or muddy shoes.
-Wash all dishes before leaving (start the dish washer and rest by hand if needed) Thank you
