Minutes to downtown & wineries. private yard, bocci court, BBQ
With a comfortable home and private, relaxing backyard, you may not want to leave! When you do, you’ll be only minutes from downtown Atascadero’s restaurants and breweries and conveniently located for exploring the Paso Robles wine region. Easy access to Highways 101 and 46 also puts the coast approximately 30 minutes away.
The private backyard is made for enjoying Central Coast evenings. Challenge your group to a game of bocce ball, prepare dinner on the barbecue, or relax on the deck under the stars with a glass of wine. This backyard retreat was designed and landscaped by the landscape professional behind the grounds at Rava Wines and Hearst Ranch Winery.
Inside, the mid-century modern three-bedroom, two-bath home offers plenty of room for your group to relax. Gather in the living room for conversation or a movie on the Roku Smart TV. The open floor plan connects the living room with the kitchen and two dining areas: a large butcher-block table with room for the entire group and a smaller glass table for two to four guests.
The well-equipped kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator and freezer with automatic ice maker and filtered water, gas range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, sink, and garbage disposal. You’ll also find plenty of dishes, glassware, cookware, and serving pieces for preparing and enjoying meals at home.
Each bedroom features a comfortable, medium-firm gel memory foam mattress and hypoallergenic down-alternative bedding. We use the same triple-sheeting method found in fine hotels, ensuring that the bedding is freshly prepared for every guest—no unwashed comforters.
The primary suite opens directly onto the surrounding deck and includes a private bathroom with a shower-and-tub combination. The hall bathroom also has a shower-and-tub combination. Both bathrooms are supplied with towels, paper goods, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer.
Extended stays: For stays of 14 nights or longer, complimentary mid-stay housekeeping is provided approximately every seven days. We’ll coordinate each visit with you in advance. This service is separate from the standard checkout cleaning fee.

We were specifically looking for something in Atascadero to be near family. This was perfect We enjoyed the bocci ball. The kitchen could use more utensils for cooking but we got by.
It was good. I would have regular amenities like coffee creamer napkins paper plates

Thank you for your stay Stacey. We try to stock many things that our guests would need during their stay, but we may miss some. In the kitchen we currently stock: everything to cook and eat with, plastic plates and glasses for outside dining, 36 spices, olive oil, paper towels, syran wrap, foil, dishwasher soap, dish soap, sponges, trash bags, assorted cleaning products, coffee, tea, multiple sweetners.
We had events in SLO, Morro bay, and Atascadero. It easy on to all higways/freeways.
We had everything we needed to easily and comfortably accommodate our group of 6. Lots of nice outdoor seating for visiting. Great kitchen. Nice Bocce

Thanks so much Tiffini. I'm glad that the property and it's amenities worked for you and your family!
We stayed here for one week while my teenage son recovered from surgery. The location was perfect for our needs! My twin teens go to the local high school, so his friends were able to visit while he recovered, and their dad (my ex) was able to drop by during the week. Everyone commented about what a nice house and property this is. All three beds were very comfortable!!! The kitchen was fully stocked with essentials. My kids baked cookies, and a cake while we were here. All the way around, great memories, and great stay!!Thank you!!!!

I'm so glad everything worked for you and your family. It sounds like you have a good visit and really took advantage of having a house for everyone's needs. Thank you!
It is a beautiful house, all furnishings and equipment seems brand new, the master bedroom is really large, and there are two additional bedrooms, all with new beds and bedding. The kitchen is wonderful, we had our Thanksgiving meal there. We also enjoyed playing bocci in the back yard. The owner was very responsive and also sent us a discount for an olive oil testing place which we visited and loved. We highly recommend this place.
Our stay was fine, my only suggestion is to put ceiling fans in the other two bedrooms. Her property was updated compared to the rest of the neighborhood. It was very clean and modern inside. I loved the kitchen area.

Thanks Michele. We loved having you and are glad you had a good stay. We chose not to put fans in the bedrooms because of the air conditioning throughout the entire house. I guess it's a preference.
Lovely home, lovely, updated decor. Everything seemed brand new, in perfect condition. Large yard, perfect for outdoor dining. Our hosts were very accommodating and responsive. About a 15 minute drive to downtown Paso Robles, less than 5 to downtown Atascadero. Absolute five star property.
We were 4 adults and a 16 month old in town to attend a wedding. We spent 2 nights at the property and it could not have worked out better. The on line pictures were an exact representation of the property. It was immaculate, comfortable and exactly as described. Marti and Kaya responded to our questions immediately. The outdoor space is lovely and was perfect for the toddler to explore. We were originally going to spend our stay at a hotel but this worked out to be the best choice. It was located only about 1 1/2 - 5 miles from anywhere we needed to be. I can highly recommend staying at this property.
My family and I recently stayed here for a quick Mother’s Day trip. This house provided the perfect amount of space for the 5 of us. I had reached out to the host a couple separate times prior to our stay, and always received quick responses. We picked the house because of the reasonable price, then drove the 20-30 minutes into Paso Robles for wine tasting. I would definitely recommend this house if you don’t mind that quick drive!
The house itself was in great condition! It was clean, organized, and had everything we needed for our weekend. We took advantage of the bbq, the bocce ball court, the dining table that fit the entire family, and the well-supplied kitchen. We agreed as a group that it was so nice to actually stay at a VRBO where we weren’t having to rummage around to find what we need - There were plenty of towels, enough dishes so that we only had to run the dishwasher on our way out at the end of the trip, a healthy stock of toilet paper and paper towels, and even an assortment of spices and olive oil to use when barbecuing. Closet space was also something to note - It was nice to be able to unpack our suitcases for the weekend with the cubby units and hangers that were provided in each room. Lastly, the house decor was updated and cute!
If we had to think of one improvement to be made, it would be to add some outdoor lights in the backyard so that we could’ve continued to enjoy the space after the sun went down.

Thank you for such a thoughtful review Katie. We're glad you enjoyed your stay. We agree that the backyard needs some lighting. We are working with an electrician to put in lighting on the deck and additional cafe lighting so that the Bocce court is usable after dark.
This was our second time staying here! Great experience both times. The home and property is immaculate. Spacious, comfy beds and pillows, lots of towels. Provided essentials like paper towels, shampoo, soap, coffee, spices, and gifted local olive oil. Lovey outdoor space with lots of furniture. Convenient location. Easy parking, quiet neighborhood. Hosts are really responsive and helpful!
