Welcome to this Family Friendly home! This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom with Parking for 1 small car, and AMAZING YARD! Located in the heart of Ventnor City. Easy walk to numerous restaurants, not to mention the beach is is 3.5 blocks away. You will enjoy your stays with us in this 100 year old shore home. this semi private street is the Second house in with Bay views on this dead end street. You will be welcomed when you first walk into a bright and fresh sunroom. Freshly painted updated kitchen with new dishwasher. Hardwood floors throughout. Large living room with tons of sunlight along with a 50 inch screen T.V. Beautiful dining area perfect for entertaining, and BBQ'S. Tons of charm and light in each room. 1st floor full bathroom with stand up shower. 2ND floor as a full sized bathroom with tub and shower. 2 floor has 3 generous sized bedrooms. Brand new furniture and mattress's. House comfortably sleep Sleeps 8. 8 beach tags included.

Great location. Easy walk to beach (with wagon), to breakfast and main strip for other essentials (coffee, bagels, groceries, pharmacy). Easy street parking. Great sunset. 3 bedrooms with plenty of beds.

Family stay

There were 3 generations staying in this vacation house and we all had many thing to do nearby. My granddaughter loved the beach and rides. My son & his wife and myself found the eating places and casinos were easy to get to.

Nice quite area in Ventnor

Place is nice and short walk to the beach, good places to eat near by. We enjoyed our stay and will go back again. Thank you Peter!

Needs deep cleaning

When we arrived to the property we saw that both couches had an extreme amount of hair from a dog all over and we were unable to use the couches during our stay. Also, both toilets were dirty inside and outside. The shower downstairs faucet was coming off the wall. Multiple outlets thtoughout the house were coming out the walls, which is a hazard. The outdoor furniture needs to be cleaned and one chair broke when I sat down on it because it was rusted. I found stains on the pillows in all rooms and both blinds in the smallest room were missing panels so there's space where someone from outside can see inside. All ceiling fans need to be cleaned in the rooms. The tub needed cleaning. Fridge and microwave needed cleaning. Basically, the whole house needs a deep cleaning. You charge a cleaning fee but the cleaning company is barely doing the basics and this was a huge inconvenience. Also, the kitchen area was overwhelmed with nats and fruit flies. We found it was coming from the trash cans, that were full before we got there, on the side of the house. There was a fly trap inside the house but it was full. I asked for some type of reimbursement and the host ignored me.
