Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Remove all food and drink, take out trash. Exit unit before 11 AM
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quite hours after 10pm. Please be mindful to our neighbors. Note: We can not control the noise of others (construction, parties, music )
Trash and recycling must be removed from condo to large bins closest to the beach side of the house. Monday night to curb and return Tuesday morning.
At the end of your stay, bedsheets/quilts should be placed in the laundry room hallway. Also, please remove any unused groceries from the refrigerator

Our Beach Bound home is within walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, shops and dining. Ventnor is safe and family friendly with a new children's playground within walking distance from our home and plenty of farmers markets and community activities to entertain your family. We are 10 minutes from the shopping outlets, aquarium & casinos in Atlantic City and 20 minutes from the Ocean City Boardwalk. If you and your family want a relaxing getaway, within a short distance to busy day/night life, our vacation home is perfect for you and your family! Enjoy a welcome basket and complementary bottle of wine for each week stay (7 days/ 6 nights)!
