About this property

Our place is right between Adrian College and Siena Heights-about 1.5 miles from each! We bought the place with extended families in mind. Bring the whole family to visit your student/athlete/loved one in the area. With 2 queens, a full-over-twin bunk, a couch, and a floor mattress, there’s room for 6 adults (7 if you count the couch) and 2 children!!

This is an older home that has been given some modern touches. It is simple, clean, and near the colleges. It is not a fancy establishment—and that’s the way we like it 🙂

Adorable small home

Hi! I’m Treana! I am a Registered Nurse of 15 years. I am currently Director of Nursing at a free healthcare clinic, which I love. My husband Jason and I have been married 24 years. We have a teenage daughter at home and a son who plays baseball at Adrian College.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this property when our son started playing baseball at Adrian College. We realized many family members were wanting to come watch him play from all over so the house allows us all to stay together and support him without spending a fortune on multiple hotel rooms for the group. As an added bonus, there’s more room in the house than there is in a hotel room, and we save on food because we can make meals at the house rather than eating out for every meal. We realized that many families had to be experiencing the same situation. So we created a space for family getaways/sleepovers. As mentioned elsewhere, it is not fancy in any way…just a simple house, with simple, furnishings🙂
