We are a family of five who love the beach, paddleboarding, and living in South Florida. We love local restaurants and supporting local businesses.

Why they chose this property

We hope to share our Nettles Island home with others so they may also enjoy all the area has to offer, and stay in a convenient location. Our house has wonderful sunset views and is just a short walk to the beach, where sea turtles nest in the summer. The coastal decor is perfect for the area and our year round great weather. You may even see manatees and dolphins!

What makes this property unique

Nettles Island is a unique, guard gated community across the street from the Atlantic Ocean and offers private beach access to residents and guests. There are two pools, one at the clubhouse and one at the beach with a snack bar and facilities. Walk to the beach from this house! Community center has tennis, pickleball, mini golf, pool, ping pong, gym, family games, and church services.
