About this property

Nothing less than fantastic in the Village of St. Simons. This wonderful home is truly magnificent. Sited on two lots which are manicured and landscaped to the hilt. The home is all on one level and is at ground level (no steps!). There are upgrades and updates everywhere throughout. Steps to the village and pier and a golf cart ride to the beach!

perfect, comfortable house.

With three LARGE areas to sit and visit, this house was perfect while we attended our son's wedding. Five bedrooms for 10 Adults, can't find that just anywhere. future guests, be forewarned, there are only two bathrooms. Tim and Kelly

SSI family Weekend

First things first, this is a beautiful house and the location is walking distance to the pier and all the shops. It’s clean and very spacious. It also has a huge driveway where you can park several cars if need be. The patio is also a huge plus of this house. The only cons for the house were that there was no hot water in the kitchen, the grill was not cleaned proper before we arrived and I spent 15 minutes just cleaning it before using it and the trash had not been taken out for what looked like quite a while so there were maggots in one of the trash cans. Overall, it’s a solid vacation rental on SSI and I would stay there again.

Family Beach Trip

Our family enjoyed the stay at your property especially the layout, cleanliness, spaciousness, and amenities. The location was great in reference to other activities/places we visited. (We could've used another bathroom based on our party size.) With the exception of the internet constantly going down, everything else was great. We'll most definitely consider your property again should we make another trip to St. Simons Island."

Wonderful House

This house was PERFECT! The back porch/patio area was huge and such a comfortable place to relax. The house was well equipped, well furnished, very clean and plenty of parking for three trucks and a boat trailer. I feel like I lucked up by booking this beautiful place. Very close to everything. I hope to be back soon!
