Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location! Property is very comfortable & convenient to the beach and community amenities (tennis/pickle ball courts & swimming pool). Easy walk to the beautiful beach and very nice beach cruiser bikes available to ride. Kitchen well stocked, beds comfortable, nice HDTVs, gas grill and lots of beach toys provided. Highly recommended!

Had a wonderful stay! House is even cuter in person with a great living room/kitchen area and very clean! Had everything could possibly need in the kitchen!
Fun location to the beach and restaurants! 3 bikes came with the house but we rented 3 more. Was about a 3 minute bike ride though the quaint neighborhood to the beach access.
Would definitely stay again!

30A Vacay
The house was great and perfect for our family of 5. Very clean and had everything we needed. It is about a 10 min walk to the beach but we usually rode bikes there. A concierge contacted us when we arrived and was available nearby if we needed anything.

The walk to the beach is a solid 10+ minutes. You can walk thru a dated condo community past their dumpster or walk down 30A for 10 minutes.
Note the public access is at One Seagrove Place.
Home is nice, however I would suggest to update the bathrooms. This is a 1 time stay for us.

Great location, needs more attention on cleanliness
The location and house layout was great, but the overall cleanliness of the home needs to be addressed. Initially everything looked fine but we quickly noticed a lot of ants on the kitchen counters and bathrooms. We saw under the furniture old snacks and/or food wrappers which probably isn’t helping the ant issue.
This property would be great without all of the ants.

We were a family of 4 who appreciated the beautiful, quiet, family-friendly neighborhood & its amenities. We would choose to have a long walk to the beach or bike ride down there. Publix, restaurants & shopping are all nearby. The house was just right for us with its spacious living area & open kitchen. The appliances were all newer models. The beds were cozy. We liked the barn door that separated the two bedrooms from the noise in the kitchen or tv in the living room. We loved having bikes ready & waiting for us. We loved the rocking chairs on the front porch. We would recommend the house & property managers to anyone!

This house was very comfortable for our family of 5! It was clean and well maintained. The only negative was that it was a long walk to the beach so we rented a golf cart but had trouble finding parking for our beach days. Overall, we would definitely come back and stay here

The house was nice and the communication from the property operators was great... very happy with the service.
AC unit was not keeping the house cool... 80 during the day, struggled through the night to get down to 74. Beach access is crowded.

The home was comfy and convenient. Beds were comfortable, house was well stocked, and clean. Enjoyed the front porch rockers. Property was very well managed and communication was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Very peaceful neighborhood and we loved using the pickle ball courts right behind the house and the pool was close by as well. We walked or rode bikes to the beach each day. The Mexican restaurant Mi Casita was just a short walk from our home and it was delicious! Close to Angelina’s Italian as well! Also, enjoyed checking out the nearby shops in Cassine Village and picking up the bike path right across 30a from the neighborhood and riding the bikes we rented into Seaside and Watercolor. We love this location and hope to return!

We enjoyed this location. We used the pool often (less than a min walk) right next to the tennis courts out the back door. We rode our bikes to the beach but it is within walking distance (just a bit far with all the beach stuff to carry or if you have little kids). There is a closet full of beach extras and a wagon to pull it in. The one bummer is how full the beach gets. You have to get there early if you want a good spot. Overall- I would recommend this place and would stay here again.

The beach does get more crowded than it used to especially during peak times like Spring Break. timing it is key...when you go a little later in the afternoon, there are a lot of spots open after the early birds start leaving. Hope you'll come back and stay with us again!
I loved that this location was close to all amenities: beach, other communities on 30A, Publix grocery store and restaurants. 30A can be overwhelming when researching online but I feel this location gave us the best of all that we were looking for. The house is adorable and had all the amenities we needed. The neighborhood it is in is so cute, the neighborhood definitely has a beach vibe! Property manager was responsive to any question I asked and gave me recommendations and honest answers. I would definitely stay here again. You are provided a few basic amenities to get your stay started like a couple rolls of toilet paper, paper towel, dishsoap and dishwasher tablets. If you are picky about tp and paper towel, bring your own or make a quick trip to Publix. Also plan to bring your own tennis rackets and beach chairs if you want those amenities. Also, utilize the beach ambassadors if you have questions about other access points, fishing, etc. The beach across the street from the rental had a great beach ambassador who answered a lot of questions for us too!

We found this property to be completely perfect. The home was very clean (spotless) and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. We ate out most meals but had to cook our fresh caught speckled trout one night! The kitchen has everything you need to prepare any meal. The home is located just a short walk to the beach and even closer to one of the 2 community pools. If you book this home for your next vacation you will not be disappointed!

This is such a great house in an absolutely adorable neighborhood. The owners and property manager were so helpful and friendly and everything was so easy! The house is updated and clean and really felt so incredibly homey! We talked all week about how we’d love to come back and stay here again. We loved it!

The quiet neighborhood is set back from 30-A with everything in close proximity. House was very clean, comfortable for the week with community tennis/pickleball courts and swimming pool nearby. Very nice.

We were so grateful to have a spotless and well maintained house to stay in. The location was perfect. It was a short and easy bike to the beach (rent your bikes early) but it was also an easy walk. The fact that the house was not on the beach was great because it kept us off the main traffic areas but yet the access was great. The house is steps away from the pool and tennis courts. There are lots of cool things within walking/biking distance: restaurants, nature trail, stores, and ice cream. Plus, you have the added benefit of being in a beautiful, quiet and well-maintained neighborhood. The biggest problem is that we didn't want to leave! We hope to visit again.

The house was exactly as pictured, yet exceeded expectations. We planned the trip with another family who rented a different house. It turned out that ours was the natural gathering place because of the spacious living room and proximity to the tennis courts where the kids played. Every detail was just perfect.

The addition of the Pickle ball lines on the tennis courts make it so much easier for the younger kids to have fun out there. Hope you'll stay with us again!
Just returned from a week at Luce Del Sol and I can honestly say the house and location is fabulous and you will not be disappointed if you book it!
Check in was simple and stress free and the house was immaculate and beautifully decorated. The furniture was like new and so comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with all new appliances and incidentals that you may need. There was also plenty of clean towels, extra blankets, pillows etc.
Cassine is such a pretty, family friendly and convenient location we hardly used our car at all. We hired cycles from Big Fish bike rentals which was a 5 minute walk away and made good use of the excellent cycle path that runs the length of 30A. The beach is literally 2 minutes on the bikes, Seaside about 1 mile away and Watercolor just next door. Rosemary Beach is a very easy 6 mile cycle in the opposite direction and there are plenty of coffee shops and restaurants to stop off along the way. The Hub is a great half way point!
Our favourite local restaurant was the Perfect Pig which offered breakfast, lunch and dinner.
We loved the house and area and would definitely stay again!
