About this property

Keep it simple at this peaceful and modern apartment and not to mention its centrally-located. This unit is a studio/1 bedroom and is perfect for 2 or 3 people max.

We are pet friendly. Enjoy a night here sleeping in a king bed. If you have some work to do, we got you. There is a desk to work from. No matter if you are longing on the futon or laying in the king bed, you can enjoy watching a movie.

HOUSE RULES:

-Guest must report problems/complaints to host immediately, and provide time-stamped video/photo evidence if requested.
-Please dump trash in trash bin provided outside.
-Dump all food from fridge and cupboards. Please wash all dirty dishes and put away. If left on drying rack clean, this is ok. Extremely dirty home condition will be subject to an extra $100 cleaning fee.
-No smoking of ANY KIND indoors!
-Message host for pet approval. Pet fee of $50/stay and max of 2 pets (Dog only). If you need to leave your pet behind, we do ask for you to put them in a kennel, unattended. Clean up after your pets, indoors and outdoors.
-Only the guest that booked the reservation is allowed to check in.
-We allow early check in and late check out when and if we can accommodate with cleaners. This would be a $50 fee for an early check in or if you need a late check out, this would be a $50 fee as well. Thanks for respecting our cleaners time.
