Great stay for a group of 8

In Saugatuk for a wedding- four couples shared this rental and slept comfortably! Great location and had all the amenities we could have needed. Would stay here again if I’m back in town.

Perfect Place for 3 Couples

This place was wonderful Super clean, great location. Had all the amenities we needed in lovely mid-century decor. Plenty of room for us to hang out, inside and on back deck and porch. Check in was easy and we rec'd plenty of info and help regarding the area.

Great Place!

This is our second stay at this property. The location is fantastic and within walking distance to all the great shops in downtown Saugatuck. Our party of 5 had a great girls weekend with plenty of room to spread out. Would highly recommend!

Every thing was great...the house is mire than accommodating...the dogs loved the backyard...and all of the businesses were still open!We've been visiting saugatuck since 2007...love the people, the charming town and being so close to lake Michigan. Also, shout out to Mill Pond...they were great!

Perfect location and set up

Huge win here, great spaces and design. 4th bedroom external was very easy to access and not an issue at all. Outdoor spaces were fantastic and location was an A+

Great locatiom

This is in a great location, close to everything in Saugatuck. Place was very clean, beds comfy. Kitchen equipped with everything. Guest bathroom is very very small. but we made it work. Would visit again. Enjoyed our time there.

Cute property and great location

We enjoyed our stay at Lad and Fellow. The main house was spacious and clean, and the kitchen was well equipped. We really liked the screened-in porch and backyard. The casita was comfortable and clean. Great location within walking distance to all the shops and eateries. Would definitely stay there again. Management company was communicative, and thank you for the coupon book, beach ball, and frisbee!

Perfect location

Quaint house right in the middle of everything. Beautifully decorated. We were a group of 8 ladies and we had everything we needed for a great escape weekend. Landscaping was gorgeous. The screened in porch was perfect for games and conversation. Only suggestion is more lighting on the porch.

Spooky fun in Saugatuk

Friends and I stayed at this beautiful downtown location because we were hosting a spooky event at the nearby Felt Mansion. The community was full of life, kids in costumes, an adult Halloween parade, and beautiful fall weather. We loved our stay. Clean, cozy, everything we needed. The only thing I wish they had was Roku on the main television, any sort of room spray, and maybe update the main bathroom a little bit. Other than that it was a lovely time. The separate studio space was perfect for our friend with the pup. Great access to the backyard and a great place for everyone to relax. Would recommend and also would stay here again!
