We enjoyed our stay. I came from the hustle and bustle of the City so really enjoyed the slow pace of the small town. The house was really nice and met all of our needs. We would definitly return. Thank you!

Thank you for your great review and kind words Shannon! We hope we're able to host you again!
The house was a really quiet and clean property in a residential neighborhood. There were no crazy checkout requirements and the house rules were reasonable. It was a great location near downtown Port Sanilac and a park with beach access was nearby.

Thank you for your great review! We enjoyed hosting you and hope to have you back!
This is a duplex, not a single family home as led to believe in the listing. The place was clean and comfortable. There is air hockey and corn hole in the garage, which was nice. We have stayed at many rentals on vacations and usually they are well stocked. This place is large enough for 4 people to stay and there are 4 bath towels/wash cloths. You will be doing laundry for clean towels/wash cloths. Also, when I stripped the sheets at the end of our stay, I was horrified to see the condition of the pillow my daughter had been sleeping on.The hot tub (which was the reason we chose to stay here) I don’t believe has been taken care of in a long time. There’s sand in the bottom of it in March. It didn’t smell like chlorine at all, but we all smelled a bit funky after getting out of it. The hot tub is also in view of the street, the neighbor’s side yard, and the front yard of another house. There’s no privacy at all and nothing to block the wind.
We thoroughly enjoyed the Port Sanilac house. The pictures and description were very accurate. There was only a small hiccup with the check in, but the Owner was very responsive.
If we had not read the reviews, we would have not known about the permanent residents, who for the most part were quiet or non existent.
It was very convenient not having to pack linens, paper and cleaning products, and trash bags.
We discovered the first morning that there was no toaster. Tried to improvise by utilizing the grill, but it had no propane. This was a disappointment.
Considering the time of year, the jacuzzi was a welcomed treat. There was no concern, as you could clearly see that's it was meticulously maintained and could smell the chlorine.
While at the house, we found that there was plenty to do on those rain days. Between the air hockey, games, TV options, and the activity guide, the choices were endless. Just don't forget the tub-VERY relaxing!!!
All in all it was a great trip and will consider coming back.

Quaint short stay
Property was well kept and comfortable. Close to beach as described. However, check in process didn't run smoothly as I didn't receive welcome email. Place was cleaned up on arrival however grill was filthy so we couldn't cook on it. Not very much to choose from by way of dining out in the area but local bars and towns people were inviting and friendly. Overall quite stay for me and my boo.
Great House, close to beautiful beach, relaxing stay.
The house was spotless at check-in and everything is like brand new. We were a little surprised that it is a duplex but it didn't affect our stay at all. Never saw or heard the permanent residents on the other side. The hot tub was amazing. Spotless and also like new. We used it a lot. The public access beaches are right down the street and the water was soooo refreshing. The kids had a blast splashing in the waves. We weren't sure if there was going to be a grill but once we saw it, we hopped down the street to Willis' market and snagged some Ribeyes.....excellent!!! The house was just as listed and we would definitely stay there again if/when back in the area.
Thanks for letting us stay the the house! The home was very clean, the check in process was very easy, and the owner was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in Port Sanilac. The property was very clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. David is a great host. He was very quick with his responses and answered all of our questions. He had great suggestions for things to do in Sanilac. We would highly recommend and hope to stay at this property again in the future. Thank you!!

Paradise Cove was extremely clean and had all necessary amenities. The kids loved the air hockey table, corn hole, games, and hot tub. Very close to downtown and beach. Great stay!
