Beautiful cosy house close to Key Biscayne and Coconut Grove

Beautiful modern home with a pool in the heart of Miami, close to Brickell, Key Biscayne its golf course and its beaches, Coconut Grove, and Coral gables. Ideal for visiting Miami and surroundings, can accommodate a family or 3 couples of friends.
Quite modern, full of light, our house has large spaces, like in a two-storey loft. Living room, dining room and kitchen form a large open space, and directly overlook the terrace and the swimming pool. You can have breakfast, lunch and dinner on the terrace, equipped with a plancha for grilling, and relax in the deck chairs by the pool. On the first floor two bedrooms each with a double bed and two independent bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a large balcony where you can enjoy the sunset. Perfectly equipped to work remotely , the office is equipped with a printer and the house has wifi indeed. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The master bedroom is a suite with a queen bed, and bathroom with separate toilet, shower and jet tub. It also has its own terrace. An extra bed is installed in the office. Two cars can park in the courtyard.
