This is the largest and fully renovated bedroom/one bathroom apartment (75sq.meters or 807sq.feet.) offered in the neighbourhood and it is also the closest apartment to the Villa Borghese park. It offers a central location with a quiet surrounding. It is literally steps away from the Villa Borghese park and includes WiFi amd Netflix

The apartment (palm House 1) and her sister apartment (Palm House 2, VRBO address 3264126) are located on a calm leafy tree lined street in the Villa Borghese/Parioli area. It is situated in the most exclusive mansion filled neighbourhood in all of Rome and boasts over 30 embassies within a 10 minute walking radius. Many sights can be visited on foot. The park of Villa Borghese is only a 3 minute walk from the apartment. Once inside the park you can enjoy a relaxing walk to the famous Villa Borghese Museum (5 min), the park's zoo (5 min), the Etruscan and Modern Art Museums (10 min), Piazza Del Popolo (25 min), Via Veneto with it's elegant shops and fine dining (15 min) and the top of the Spanish Steps in just 25 minutes. The tram station to the Vatican Museums, the Colosseum, as well as the bus stop to the city center sights and to the central train station are only a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Not to mention the neighbourhood super market, open air fresh produce market and local restaurants which are also only a 5 minute walk away.

This large barrel vaulted ceiling apartment with it's oversized windows is very spacious and bright and has electrical black-out curtains in the bedroom. There are 7 steps to enter the unit. It has a large bedroom with a queen size bed and lots of custom made closets and drawers. The kitchen is modern and fully stocked; it has a dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer machine, refrigerator, coffee maker and induction stove top. The elegant marble bathroom is super large and has a very spacious shower and a lighted vanity with an oversized sink. The large living room is elegantly furnished and contains one custom-made sofa. The dinning room is spacious and can seat 4 people very comfortably. There is also a secret patio/garden around the side of the apartment at your disposal.
