Enjoy cozy beds (spit floor plan has spacious area boundary for privacy while having family & friends stay), sleeps 6 (includes 1 air bed), Smart TV's (no cable - internet only) in all rooms, spacious common areas (5 chair reclined sofa set), beach and bathing towels, many supplies of toilettes, hair dryer, showers and Roman tub, central air and heat, paper products, Master bedroom magnifying vanity mirror and double sink. Two relaxing areas - front porch (not screened) and a screened back porch, fenced in backyard. Well stocked cooking and dinner ware, many kitchen utensils supplies, BBQ grill with BBQ utensils and propane, diswasher with soap, microwave, washing machine with soap and softener, and dryer. {{The property is for guest vacationers not longer than 12 (twelve) day stay}}. The property has ONLY external front and rear entryway security floatlights with motion sensors and cameras surveillance. Complete water filtration system and ice and water refrigerator filtration dispenser system safe for drinking and cooking. Bring lunch or favorite snacks and drinks to the 8 minute drive to a warm sandy inviting beach for a nice dip with free access to parking. Three beach chairs, beach towels and beach umbrella stored in garage.

■Weekly landscaping work occurs from 8 am with this property and neighboring houses.
■CD player with limited local radio stations on property for your enjoyment, so bring your favorite CD music or Bluetooth device.
■In door car garage is not available and possibly a 24 ft RV may be on property (let’s discuss for a 3rd car).
■PLEASE NOTE: Guest* who don't have official reservation liability waivers won't apply. * fee applies for 4+ includes kids AND a FEE ADJUSTMENT will be updated in accordance to additional guest over 4+ people (including kids).
■Parking limit to 1-2 cars. RV may be present (let’s discuss for a 3rd car).
■Garbage pickup schedule is Mondays. If you are at the property your cooperation is appreciated by assisting with the beigh garbage bin out on Sunday evening for Monday's early garbage pick-up schedule to help avoid maggots insects.
■Help avoid unwanted bugs within the house. Please secure closed garbage plastic bags and dispose of garbage by each day's end by tossing the bag out to the outside beigh garbage bin. Thanks!

Guests can rest easy knowing there's safety features at this property include a carbon monoxide detector, a fire extinguisher, a smoke detector, a first aid kit. >>A short drive away are 2 supermarkets. Disney and airports are 1 1/2 hours away. Yes smoking is allowed outside. There are 2 out door areas (screen in back porch and an open sitting area in the front.
