Beautiful 3 bedroom newly built waterfront house on Georgian Bay! Located in a quiet area with a beach! In the summer the lake is perfect for swimming! Just bring water shoes as there can be rocks and zebra muscles. This 3 bedroom waterfront home is the perfect place for a summer or winter getaway!

This space is unique as it has spectacular views of the sunset and is right on the water!

The house is complete with a full kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. A full deck, equipped with patio furniture and a BBQ. The deck provides spectacular views to watch the sunset. Kitchen is equipped with a full fridge, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and other small kitchen appliances. The house also has an EV charger for electric vehicles.
Sheets, pillows and towels are also provided. Bring your own beach towels!
The house is equipped with forced air A/C and heat making it a perfect place to stay in the summer or winter! There is also a gas fireplace to cozy up to in the winter.

We also have 2 kayaks that you are free to use from June until September.

Georgian Bay is home to the 30,000 islands, and you can take great boat tours from Midland and Penetanguishene. Other area attractions include St Marie Among the Hurons, Martyrs Shine, Wye Marsh Conservation, Georgian Bay National Parks, Discovery Harbour, Keewatin Steamship, Awenda Provincial Park, and much more. Close to hundreds of kilometres of wilderness biking or walking trails.

Guests have access to the cottage and the waterfront area. There is a dock on the beach that is shared with the property next door. The dock is brought in for the winter (usually sometime in October) and put back in the water in the spring (around May). Occasionally, the property owners may be on the beach for beach/property maintenance, but apart from that the beach is private. Please note, the garage is not included in the booking. On very rare occasion the bedroom in the garage may be used by the owners guests. The garage is completely separate from the cottage and there is still full privacy. For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have an external Ring doorbell / security camera on the front porch. It is always on and recording video and audio. There are no other cameras on the premises. Should you have an issue during your stay you can ring the doorbell and it will connect you with someone who can assist you. We are also always available by phone, email or text during your stay. The owners of the property live next door as well and are available when needed.

Georgian Bay is a beautiful place to spend a holiday! The water is warm, the beaches are sandy and there is an abundance of things to do! The area has plenty of beautiful trails if you enjoy hiking or biking. In Midland you can catch a ride on the Georgian Spirit boat to see many of the surrounding islands. Keep your eye out for turtles!

Midland has a public transport system. The house is located in Port McNicoll which is a short 10 minute drive from Midland. There are taxi services in the area as well.

Dear guests and potential guests,

*Note About the Beach* - Georgian Bay water levels can change drastically from one year to another. As of 2023, the water level is quite low, which means the beach area is larger and it has a gradual entry. Should the water level rise, we also have a large grassy area by the water that is protected by a rock wall.

The maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any given time is 6. Should it be found that there are more than 6 people on the property at any given time, you will be asked to leave with no refund. You will be charged for the extra guests.

Absolutely no parties allowed. Out of respect for the neighbours, please keep noise to a minimum between 10 pm - 8 am daily.

Any watercraft on site is to be used at your own discretion. We will not be held liable for any incidents resulting from onsite water equipment use. It is the user's responsibility to be aware of weather conditions, watercraft rules and any local laws associated with the use of the equipment. Our dock is not suitable for leaving any watercraft tied to it due to rough water.

Pets are permitted as long as they are added to the booking. Pets are NOT permitted on any of the beds. If you do wish to have your pet on the beds then we request that you bring your own bedding (ours are white and we'd like to keep them that way) so that our linens don't get stained or accumulate dog hair. Please ensure your pet is watched at all times and does not damage anything or cause a disturbance to the neighbours. Please pick up after your pet on the lawn as well.
Up to two pets are permitted during your stay. Please ensure that you have added them to the booking and agree to our pet policy.

Our pet policy is as follows:
Pets are NOT permitted on any of the beds. If you do wish to have your pet on the beds then we request that you bring your own bedding (ours are white and we'd like to keep them that way) so that our linens don't get stained or accumulate dog hair.
You must never leave your pets unattended
Pets must be kept on a leash at all times when outside
Any damage caused by your pet will be 100% your responsibility and you will have to cover the cost of any repairs.
Do not allow your pets to excessively bark or disturb the neighbours.
You must clean up after your pet.
