When you want to explore, you’ll love the easy proximity to South Padre Island and the lower Rio Grande Valley. There are frequent activities at nearby Roloff Park, around one-half mile away, and the Laguna Atascosa Wildlife Refuge is around 12 miles away.

At home, spend time relaxing in the screened patio with coffee each morning while the kids play in the huge yard. Turn on the twinkly lights strung from the patio pergola outside each evening and host a family cookout on the grill. Inside, you’ll find a one-level living space designed for comfort and togetherness. The full, open kitchen flows into the dining area and family room, so everyone can relax together while the chef makes mealtime magic.

Just around the corner, the den features a comfortable futon and dedicated desk space, sure to be a hit with any remote workers in the group. Free WiFi makes it easy to stay connected, and two streaming-capable TVs offer entertainment options each night. More vacation essentials include a washer/dryer and central AC. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
