Charming Vintage 3 bdrm., 2 bath, Beach Duplex. On Stilts (must be able to navigate stairs) - Beach Side of Island. Sleeps 6. Wrap around deck. with patio furniture. Wireless, air conditioning, 3rd bedroom is a roomy loft, washer/dryer. Approx. 1300 sq.ft. 1 block from beach, walk out the front door, hang a left and you are at the beach, walk across Padre Blvd and you are on the bay side. Walking distance to bars and restaurants. Beautiful walking beach, surfing, fishing, wind surfing, boogie boards, etc. South Padre is very clean, family friendly. Golf course in Port Isabel. Feels like stepping back in time. Convenient but a bit run down

Great location but the place would probably collapse in the next major hurricane. Owner should have disclosed that there is no dishwasher or washer/dryer. Nicely furnished but kitchen not very well equipped.
