The Modern Lakehouse is a rustic 3 bedroom 2 bathroom new construction with a great backyard space. The large open kitchen with oversized island and 4 chairs. The kitchen is stocked with all you will need and high quality items throughout the home. Everything in this home is new!
The backyard has a large hot tub, firepit w seating area, cornhole game, darts and plenty of seating. The Deer roam the area, and sometimes there is corn at the house for you or guests can purchase.
The house is just minutes away from boat ramp 5 and Comal Park. The best area of the lake with beach style entrances that you will love!
The spa is new and has high quality filtration system and UV light sanitization. This is medical grade equipment and top of the line 2023 edition!
Two bedrooms offer King size beds with down comforters and high quality sheets. One of the bedrooms has a Queen over Queen bunkbed.
The driveway is large enough for 4 cars.
