Great location, not that clean or stocked
The home layout and location were great. We had 8 people, so each had their own bed, which was perfect. The house wasn’t as well kept as I would have expected for the price. None of the sliding doors locked (except for one), the vents were black with dust, there were major cobwebs in the higher windows and almost every drawer in the kitchen was broken. The dishwasher reeked of rot, but running it helped. There was a large fallen tree branch on the lower deck. Floors, counters, table surfaces were all clean.
The listing included a coffee machine that clearly needed to be descaled (gross), but there was no coffee available at all, and no other small stocked things that every other place I have rented has had (like salt and pepper, powdered creamer, etc), so knowing that ahead of time would have been helpful. There were nowhere near enough linens for 8 people at all.
Overall it did the job, but this property needs more love and stocking for future bookings. I would stay again if they fixed these things.
