There are 13 real beds—no pullouts needed—across king, queen, and twin XL configurations. Several bedrooms include ensuite or semi-private baths. The kitchen is fully stocked with double ovens, oversized fridge, small appliances, and everything you need to cook for a crowd.

We’re a family who understands the joy—and logistics—of traveling in a group. After too many vacations where someone got the pull-out sofa or had to eat in shifts, we wanted to create a space where everyone could relax, connect, and actually enjoy being together. Hosting is our way of helping families make memories in a home that feels effortless, elevated, and real.
Why they chose this property
Incline Village was the perfect mix of natural beauty and convenience. The lake, the skiing, the trails—those were a given. But what really sold us was how peaceful it feels without being remote. You can sip coffee on the deck with lake views, then be on the slopes or at the beach in minutes. It’s the kind of place that makes you slow down and stay present.
What makes this property unique
It’s rare to find a home with this much space that also feels so thoughtfully designed. Guests often tell us it’s the only place they’ve stayed where the kitchen actually works for a group, the bedrooms are comfortable for both kids and adults, and the layout just… makes sense. The lake views don’t hurt either.
