Superb mountain villa near Lake Tahoe, with lots of fun features: huge living room/dining room/kitchen with soaring ceilings and views of Lake Tahoe, awesome separate Family Room with big screen 3D TV, professional quality 8 ft. slate pool table (new 2018), poker table, real Reno slot machines and Video Blackjack/Poker, hot tub on the sunny deck. Ask about Youtube tour.

Fantastic house has all the amenities and MORE. In the winter, you`ll appreciate the HEATED DRIVEWAY and HEATED GARAGE. 10 minutes to major ski resorts.

You will have access to the entire house with the exception of a few closets.

Gorgeous views of surrounding pine forest and Lake Tahoe. House adjacent to National Forest.

Outdoor WHISPER-QUIET hours are 10 PM to 8 AM. You will be asked to agree to a pretty strict Good Neighbor Policy. Any pets MUST be previously authorized. No visitors or parties or events permitted without our prior consent. Entry areas and deck are monitored by security cameras. (Deck camera faces the back yard and does NOT have a view of the hot tub). House noise decibel levels are continually monitored by NoiseAware dB sensors. You will be required to complete and sign the rental agreement via DocuSign. House rules can be provided to you on request. The slot machines are finicky mechanical devices that frequently need service. They are provided for your amusement as a free bonus. Kids frequently break them, and I send a technician periodically to fix them. Please don`t be disappointed if there is a malfunction.

Comfortable Stay in Beautiful Incline Village

The owner, Bruce, was very easy to communicate with and made expectations clear. The house is beautiful with lots of amenities to make your stay comfortable. Everything was clean and well organized with plenty of space for our multigenerational group to spread out. The game king slot machine provided some bonus entertainment for our group as well.

The house was really nice with plenty of rooms / bathrooms to accommodate our group of 6. The house was clean and well stocked for cooking etc. The spa with a view was especially nice and the owner was responsive and easy to work with.

We had a fun time in Tahoe. Bruce is easy to work with and replies quickly to any questions before and during the trip, even on holidays. The house has everything you would need to do your own cooking and lots of family games, which is great for a relaxing family vacation.

Beautiful home and neighborhood. Everyone had a wonderful, relaxing time. Home had everything we needed and more. We had to contact the owner Bruce a couple of times for questions and he got back to us right away and was helpful and polite. Another great vacation in beautiful Tahoe!

Fantastic getaway for multiple families!

We had an outstanding stay at this home over Thanksgiving break! The house is very spacious and well equipped with a fantastic game room in the basement! Features such as the heated driveway came in handy during the snow and the location in Incline Village is perfect! Bruce was very responsive whenever we had questions. Highly recommend this house!

Everything was 100% exceptional. From the fireplace to the jacuzzi to the heated driveways Carmen into play this weekend. First snow of year and we were delighted to have been in this home. A brilliant layout for families of 10 or more with so much to do. Best house experience in Tahoe in all my years!!

Great home, well appointed, warm, great condition, plenty of space! Great hill for snow play behind the home. Heated driveway really made a difference. Terrific kitchen and main living area. Bedrooms all worked well for our group. Would definitely recommend this house!

Wonderful stay.

Property was very nice. Neighborhood was peaceful. We stayed a weekend in the summer. Was hot but bearable. Air-conditioning is good. I would recommend bringing a humidifier if air-conditioning affects your sinuses. Wouldn't mind staying a bit in the snowy winter.

It is a lovely property. Very well appointed and comfortable. Nicely decorated with little touches that made us feel welcome. The Owner was responsive and helpful. There was a little glitch with the entry code, but it was fixed right away. We were sad to leave!

Everyone gets their own floor

Adult kids with spouses and babies need their own space!! Seemed soundproof. Very quiet neighborhood, beautiful sunsets. The house worked well for us.
