This brand new, family friendly condo is conveniently located 12 min. from the beach in beautiful Punta Cana. Accommodates up to 6 guests. Only 15 min. from Punta Cana International Airport.

Host will provide up to 50 KWh of electricity (it could cover up to multiple days) Guest will need to cover electricity expenses for the remainder of your stay. The electricity is rechargeable at Colmados (local grocery stores) or at Ole supermarket located within 3 minutes drive. A code to recharge is provided once the reservation is confirm. It is recommended to turn off A/C and lights if it is not being use to avoid high costs of electricity. Host will send you a message to remind you when recharge will be needed.
