This modern, peaceful, 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo is your new home away from home! Located on the top (3rd) floor, this unit gives you a gorgeous view of our unrivaled beaches while providing ample space for all your guests. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with a modern, fully equipped kitchen with beautifully updated countertops, and plenty of space to cook some of our famous Gulf seafood. Your open living/dining room area gives you plenty of space to dine at your 6-person table then transition to full relax mode on the new sectional. Better yet, you can enjoy your meals or an afternoon beverage on your private, furnished beachside balcony!
Your master suite is equipped with a large, king-size bed, wall-mounted TV, and spacious closet. You also have a double vanity with a private washroom, which includes a glamorous tiled shower. The first guest room has two full size beds- perfect for the kiddos or anyone wanting some extra space. There is a bathroom conveniently located across the hall with a shower/tub combo, perfect for a post-beach day soak! Up the stairs off the living room, you'll find the third bedroom with a king size bed and full private bathroom-a bonus feature not offered in all of our units!
When you've had your morning coffee (we suggest enjoying it on your balcony), pack your beach bag and head down to our pristine white sand beaches! No need to haul the beach chairs and umbrellas down as we have a beachside rental service waiting for you. (during season) Take a plunge in the warm Gulf of Mexico, hunt for shells for your sandcastle, and relax in the Alabama sunshine! If you need a break, wash your sandy toes at the shower and take a dip in our community pool. Why not enjoy an afternoon BBQ using one of our poolside grills? When it's time to call it a day, grab the elevator back up to your unit and enjoy one of our breathtaking sunsets on your balcony. Don't forget to put those wet beach towels in the washer/dryer located next to the guest bath so they'll be fresh and ready for your next trip down to the beach!
Also, please be mindful of our Leave Nothing But Footprints program. The island is our home, its white sand beaches and the warm Gulf of Mexico- our livelihood. Join us in continuing sustainable travel practices and protecting the beaches, marine life, and wildlife by removing beach gear no later than one hour after sunset each day. 2 cars is the max allowed for all reservations. Passes are $45 for each vehicle up to 2. One pass is included in the reservation total. It is the guests responsibility to make alternate arrangements offsite for any extra vehicles.

Guests are responsible for beach towels. The bath towels that we provide are for in unit use only and should not be taken to the beach or pool. Charges will apply for missing or damaged towels and/or linens.

Don't forget to bring:
While Starfish provides each reservation with the initial starter kit of supplies (listed above) to get you through your first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

Starfish Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy:
Every cancellation is subject to a $175 Cancellation Fee.
Cancel outside of 30 days of arrival: guest will receive 100% refund of funds paid to SVR minus $175
Cancel within 30 days of arrival: guest will forfeit 50% of SVR reservation total plus $175
Cancel within 14 days: guest will forfeit 100%
