This top floor airy 2 bed, 2 bath condo has vaulted ceilings and three lanais. The recent renovations bring luxury throughout including a remodeled kitchen, a large capacity washer dryer, huge 77” LG OLED Smart TV and high-speed internet. The main lanai invites outdoor dining with a retractable awning shade and that sweet little ocean and garden view. The main bedroom suite has a comfortable king bed and remodeled ensuite bath with double sinks and a spacious walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a remodeled adjacent full bath, and the two twins can convert to a king. The living room queen sofa bed allows a total of 6 guests. The new A/C units were chosen for their extra quiet cool performance.
Tranquil Gardens, Pools, Hot Tubs, Tennis Courts
The Maui Kamaole tropical pool features a serene garden setting with a waterfall and hot tub, while the lower pool is perfect for a refreshing, sunny swim. The tennis courts, with a view of Haleakala, were recently resurfaced.
Beach Essentials and Parking Included
The toy closet is equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, coolers and beach towels. Your assigned parking spot is steps from the unit, as are multiple cooking grills.
K-209 is meticulously cleaned and cared for by property manager Rentals Maui; and refreshed and updated by dedicated owners Ken and Carol.
