Fishing, swimming, kayaking are constants from this dock and launch. River Perch is located in Hoover's Valley which is a Hill Country gem, with a Country Store and Cafe just 2 miles down the road. You can take your buggie/Ranger/golf cart to Perissos Vineyard, 5 minutes(2.1 miles) and the Country Store/Cafe!! By vehicle, Torr Na Lochs Vineyard is 12 miles away and has excellent lunch! Inks State Park hiking trailhead is 2 miles away, and Longhorn Caverns are 4.5 miles away. Brand new furnishings and linens. This fresh, modern, Texas-chic getaway is within 5 miles of Longhorn Cavern, Inks Lake State Park, and Legends golf course. Boat launch and dock are literally steps away, and there's plenty of parking for the boat/jet ski trailer. Beautiful views from bedroom, porches, living room and kitchen.
