Maui Parkshore is a south Kihei gem sitting right across from Kamaole Beach III and overlooking a beautiful park area. This 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium has everything you need to relax in Maui with an incredible view and easy access to the beach and park! The condo includes everything you need: starter toiletries, towels, linens, kitchenware and a professional responsive property manager to help with anything you need. The kitchen provides great views of the park and the ocean while you get meals ready. The breakfast bar is perfect for dining in or open the floor to ceiling lanai doors and dine inside and out. It's ground floor location allows easy access to the beach and park just steps away. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds and is also perfect to relax in after a fun day on the beach or hiking in the nearby mountains. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. The complex offers shuffle board, pool, and also has additional washer dryers if needed. Incredible sunsets, beautiful beaches, and a relaxing park are what the Maui Parkshore is all about. In addition, the Maui Parkshore is near dining, entertainment, surfing, theaters, grocery, gasoline, activities, golf, shopping, and all south Maui has to offer. Less than 25 minutes from the airport. The perfect choice for families, couples, and friends.

The unit is well stocked with kitchen ware and appliances, we also provide:
- beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, sorry no snorkeling gear,
- a toiletries starter kit sufficient for short stay,
- a starter supply of laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and kitchen cleaning supplies,
- drip coffeemaker and some coffee to get the trip started
- linens, towels, etc.

Pros: Good location to the beach (across the street). The place smelled clean. The beds were very comfortable- the pillows not so much. 1st floor condo, near the assigned parking stall. The communication was good. Cons: Inside the space is dated, mismatched, little dingy and no air condition. Glad we didn't visit in the middle of summer. The rug in the front area was torn and tattered. Not much closet space because it's so cluttered with random things. TV in master bedroom didn't work. The refrigerator is very old. It was missing shelves/glass and the compartments on the door were being held together with some type of bondo glue. The pictures online show nicer than reality.

The Parkshore complex is a great location and the new property contact Lisa is awesome. There were some great things about the unit, being on the first floor, couch was new and comfortable, beds were comfortable. The not so great things the sheets were dirty, the mattress pads had stains, four adults with just four towels meant a lot of laundry, we actually went and got each an extra towel and face clothes, fridge was leaking, kitchen chair was broken. Just felt for the price we paid unit could have been better. Property management did try to help to the best of their ability. Overall i would rate this a 3
