Your "Traverse City area" home away from home. 1100 sq. ft. 3 bedroom, 2 bath newly remodeled home on 1.5 acres. Downtown Traverse City is 10 minutes from the front door. The home is fully furnished and ready for you to enjoy. Dogs are welcome for an added pet fee of $25 per day per pet.
The space
The kitchen is fully furnished with dishes, pots, and pans. All linens are provided. There is a large flat screen TV in the living room, and in master bedroom. Wi-fi is included. The house has A/C. There is a beautiful deck that over looks the back yard.

We stayed here for our son's wedding and it was a great home away from home. It was conveniently located just a few minutes from the Blue Bridge Events center which made things easier for the pre-wedding activities. It's also not very far from Grand Traverse mall so making a run for a few last minute items wasn't out of the question.

Clean and comfortable. Was able to accommodate our group of 5 adults while staying in the area. Close to Dunes and Traverse City where we spent a lot of our time. Backyard was great for eating our dinner and relaxing around a fire on our free evening. Air conditioning a bit loud, but did a good job of keeping up, so was worth it. Kitchen well stocked for making several of our own meals. Would stay again if return to the area. Thank you!

We just completed our third stay at this home, and we continue to love it! The location is fantastic and makes it so easy to get to Traverse City, surrounding areas, restaurants, beaches, and everything else we want to enjoy during our stay.The home is filled with so many thoughtful amenities that really make it feel like a home away from home. The backyard is also an awesome space to relax and enjoy some time outside. We also love the comfortable seating in the family room, perfect for hanging out together after a day of exploring.Our only small suggestions would be to add a couple of extra hand towels in the bathrooms and maybe some corner guards on the coffee table. A few of us have managed to nail that corner every single visit! We’ve clearly enjoyed it enough to come back three times, and we’d happily stay here again!

This was our second stay at this property, and we enjoyed it just as much as the first time. The location is perfect—outside the bustle of Traverse City, but close enough that it’s just a short drive to restaurants, shops, and activities. The beds were very comfortable, and the layout gave all of us plenty of space to relax and spread out. We look forward to coming back again!

Perfect home

This was a girls getaway which we are The Golden Girls 1 and this house was perfect for us plenty of room to relax and have our own space of course the table only had 4 chairs but we made it work for playing cards and games. Would stay again here

We stayed for a wedding in the area. Property super close to venue and was very convenient. House was clean and just as represented on line. Beautiful home and accommodations. We Would stay here again. Neighborhood not the most desirable but the home and property was great and made up for the neighborhood.

Beautiful and comfortable home

This house was just as described. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We were able to all have our own spaces and watch the Olympics while taking care of our beach laundry! Would definitely stay here again.

Nice, comfortable house just 15 minutes from downtown Traverse City. Only shortcoming was the dining room table. It was a large round high-top, with only 4 chairs. It would be better if there were at least 2 more chairs to accommodate all guests in one sitting, or for games.

Restful and quiet

I found the house well furnished, comfortable, and the setting quiet. I was able to rest well and come and go without worrying about disturbing any neighbor. If coming to the area again, I would definitely consider staying here again.

The house was exceptionally clean! It was as the listing said it would be. Near 31 made it easy to get to where ever we wanted to go. We would stay again and we would recommend this property to others.

Property was easy to find and exactly as described. I did not receive an email for key code but property manager answered phone promptly and we were able to get in. Easy access to everything we wanted to see, would definitely stay again if we go back.

Ladies week

We get together every year . We wanted to go to the wineries in the Mission Pointe peninsula but not stay in the city. This place was perfect. It was easy to locate, was clean and very comfortable. We would definitely recommend this property!
