Casa del Lago is a 3-acre property with a 6,000-square-foot home situated on the east side of Moses Lake with a fabulous western exposure. Look no further, if you’re seeking a peaceful and serene getaway or excitement.

Enjoy days spent lounging in the sun on the beach, lawn, or seventy-five-foot dock, including two jet ski floats. The setting sun beckons you to spend your evenings gathered around the firepit by the lake watching the beautiful sunsets that transition into a night of stargazing.

If an action-packed vacation is what you’re seeking, bring your boat, jet skis, or sailboard and launch from the boat ramp or dock to savor the warm waters of Moses Lake. After a day of fun in the sun, that firepit never felt better as a place to gather and share laughter and memories of the day.

Casa del Lago has it all!

Casa del Lago is a spacious two-story house. The top floor has an open floor plan where the spectacular lake view can be enjoyed from the large deck, well-appointed kitchen area, and adjoining dining area with seating for eight and an inviting living room. The kitchen is a chef’s dream. Create your meals while taking in the view and conversing with others at the kitchen island that seats 8 people. A beautiful rock fireplace is in the center of the living room. Just off the living room is a huge covered balcony overlooking that large yard and out to the lake. The master bedroom has a roomy 2-person jet tub and a fabulous king bed. The second bedroom has a California king memory foam bed. Both have plenty of storage.

The lower level is a recreation room made for fun. There is a second full kitchen and bar. Hone your billiards skills on the pool table, or how about a friendly game of darts? Watch a favorite movie on the 84-inch TV or snuggle up in front of the second beautiful fireplace. You can also maintain your exercise routine in the workout room, where you’ll find a treadmill with an incline for walking and/or jogging, Power Tower Dip Station, and a punching bag.

You can also bring tents and camp on the lawn and wake up to the lapping of the waves. The spacious yard accommodates the kids to play and set up yard games, gatherings, and BBQs with the family. This is a great place to host events,

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Make sure propane fire places are shut off.
Close and lock all windows and doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No shoes inside the house. Drugs are not allowed on the property. The big garage door is not to be opened. Smoking is permitted outside only.
There are no fires on the upper deck of the house. Owner's locked closets are off-limits to renter. Doors remain closed upon entering and exiting.
For any guests not included in the reservation staying the night, past 11 pm, there is a $69.00 fee per guest per night. Cameras are used to verify.

We had a nice stay here. Beautiful home and lots of room for our family. I think this place would be perfect in the summer. Great and prompt communication with the hosts. We had a minor water issue the first night and the host was there within 10 minutes and issue resolved. Appreciated the timely response.

Family getaway

Amazing property with a boat lunch!!! Lots of room to spread out with a big group. Loved the the two kitchens! So many activities, with the game room and work out room and the pool table was a hit! We all had a wonderful time!!!!

Beautiful Home in and Ideal Location

We had the best time at this home. The location is amazing, right on the lake with a dock and a large grassy area for the kids and dogs to play and run around. We enjoyed sunsets on the deck overlooking the lake. The home is large and has everything we could have wanted. The owners also were so nice and communicative, so check-in and check-out was seamless. I look forward to another stay here in the future!

We were so surprised by how large and spacious this spot was. The water on the lake was pretty low (winter) but still gave us a nice place to go for a walk. The host was an amazing communicator and made the whole process very easy and enjoyable.

We did have a great time staying at this property; the place was big enough for all of us. the only thing that we did not have was cold water and ice; these features in both refrigerators were broken! The location was perfect; if we have a chance we will stay again in the future!

Perfect, perfect, perfect!!

Beautiful, clean home spacious enough for a softball team!! 9 of stayed here during the weekend of a softball tournament in Moses Lake. There was plenty of space to feel like we weren’t all on top of each other. Plenty of beds and sleeping amenities. The two kitchens made cooking for that many people a breeze. Game room, exercise room and access to the lake ensured the kids never got bored. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful property with amazing hosts!

What a wonderful experience we had at this property! It was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our multi-generational family, with members ranging from toddlers to seniors. Each person found a perfect spot, thanks to the variety of rooms available. The highlight was undoubtedly the game room, which was so engaging that nobody wanted to leave! Communication with the owners was smooth and effortless, making our stay even more enjoyable. The property's location was ideal – far enough from the water to ensure the safety of our younger children, yet close enough for us to easily bring along our water toys and enjoy the lake. The house boasts two fully-equipped kitchens, each with its own refrigerator and multiple dishwashers, making meal prep and cleanup a breeze for our large group. Additionally, the property features a gym with boxing equipment, perfect for those looking to stay active during their vacation. This property truly offered everything we needed for a memorable and relaxing family vacation.
