The Gem was a perfect place for 5 friends to stay while visiting Milwaukee. The house was very clean and plenty of space for everyone. Very comfortable beds and quiet area. Close to everything. The host, Timothy, quickly answered any of our messages. We enjoyed our stay.

This was in a great location, seemed like everything we went to was a 10-minute drive. The hot tub was great and in a good location in a nice backyard.

This house was in a great location - close to everything and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. The beds were comfortable and the host has thought of everything....heated mattress covers, white noise, bath robes, etc. We didn't have time to take advantage of the hot tub or pool, but it's nice if you can. The only thing I would caution is "quirky stairs"...they are very steep. Our family of four (two adults and two teenagers) was fine with them, but just something to consider if you have people older people, or people with balance issues they could be a problem. The house was clean (I think some reviews mistake old for dirty), well stocked, and very comfortable. We will be back again.

This house was perfect for our girls weekend! There were several great places to congregate and hang out, comfortable couches and beds, and a stocked kitchen. The outdoor space was perfect for morning coffee, and the pool was so much fun! The hosts were so accommodating and communicative. We hope to come back!

Host was very flexible on our checkout time so we could make sure the roads were in good shape after a snowstorm dropped about 10 inches of snow. The snow removal crew also came in a timely fashion, so we did not need to shovel ourselves out. Also, the house was a perfect match for our needs for a Thanksgiving feast and accommodating our dog friends.
