About this property

Our place has all the charm of an old farmhouse but has been completely renovated with all the modern amenities to make your stay warm, peaceful and comfortable!
Our home was restored to its original 1900s layout hence the reason for the two front doors !

The West Nest is comprised of two large bed rooms, one with a king bed and the other with two twin beds.
There is a large full bath attached with soaking tub and shower, as well as double vanity and detached toilet room.
The living area also includes a full kitchen with small fridge.

Guests will have access to the whole place, including a ample private backyard

We are available anytime day or night via message through Airbnb app

West is a quaint little town located just outside of Waco and is known for its Czech culture. You will find the most amazing kolache’s at the local bakery in town.

Great place!

The house was wonderful and well decorated with all the amenities one might need. I can’t believe someone rated it lower because they saw a spider. Guess what, this is Texas and yes, you’ll see one ever now and then. This was a great experience, thanks for having such a wonderful place

Bug Infested

The house was cute and remodeled however it was bug infested. Dead bugs on the window seals, floors, in the tub and worst of all the bed. Bug and mouse traps where in every corner. We found several cockroaches too. One of the windows was broken and the AC wouldn’t cool the house below 78. The management did send someone over to look at it but nothing changed. The sheets had hairs on them so unsure if they had been changed prior to us coming. The dishes were also dirty when we used the kitchen. Management refunded us $100 of a cleaning fee but honestly I would have much rather them send someone over to clean it. Could be cute place to stay but really needs a deep cleaning prior to guest and a functional AC when it’s 106 outside!
