Whether you’re soaking up some rays on the spacious upper deck or playing outdoor games and enjoying beverages at our Tiki Bar, you are sure to have a grand time here at Rockin V by the Sea. With a short walk or drive to the beach, easy access to local hot spots or a ferry ride to Galveston, enjoy the peaceful neighborhood of Sandy Shores as your home away from home.

The Property
Walk inside to our thoughtfully designed nautical home with an open concept inspired by our upbringing with a vaulted ceiling and portholes that resembles the bottom of an old boat.

The Living Room has a large comfortable sectional with an ottoman and also a swivel rocking chair. There are plenty of throw blankets and pillows to lounge around while watching the 75” smart TV with Roku. Also provided is a DVD player and DVD’s. For a fun family game night there are plenty of board games, cards, dominoes provided.

The Dining Area has a table and 6 chairs however it can be extended to seat more. Just pull up a few extra bar stools for dining or playing games.

The Kitchen is fully stocked with top-of-the-line appliances, wine fridge, ice maker, small appliances, dishes, cookware, serve ware and prep. Basic seasonings are also provided. There is ample countertop space for preparing meals and a pantry for storing your food. The large kitchen island seats 8.

The Captain’s Quarters has a king size platform bed with drawers underneath for your clothes. The bed is perfectly positioned to see the ocean as you enjoy that first cup of coffee in the morning. Enjoy watching the 55” Smart TV with Roku as you relax before bedtime. The ensuite bathroom has a large walk-in shower and a separate bathtub. The vanity has beautiful granite countertops, dual sinks and ample storage for all of your toiletries. There is a walk-in closet to store your luggage, clothes and has a full-length mirror. Pack n play/sheets and changing pad are stored in the closet.

The Mermaid Den has a king size platform bed with drawers underneath for your clothes. Enjoy winding down before bed watching the Smart TV with Roku. There is also a closet for your clothes and luggage.

The Deckhands Quarters has 2 Full over Full beds, enclosed ceiling fan, lights for each bed and a Smart TV with Roku. There is a closet for your clothes. Bed pads for littles are stored in the closet.

The Second Bathroom is conveniently located between the Mermaid Den and The Deckhands Quarters. The vanity has beautiful granite countertops and ample storage for your toiletries. Bathroom amenities for littles are stored here.

The Laundry Room is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer, stick vacuum, broom, dustpan, mop, iron and board.

The Upper Deck is spacious for sunbathing or lounging in the shade. There is plenty of seating and a dining table. You can enjoy the views of the ocean and even hear the waves.

The Downstairs has a fun Tiki Bar equipped with a 50” Smart TV/Roku and a sound system to enjoy your favorite tunes. Keep your beverages cold in the minifridge. There is plenty of seating and dining for BBQ cookouts. Plenty of outdoor games are provided as well.

The Outdoor Shower has hot and cold water to clean up after a day at the beach. Located behind the shower is a fish cleaning station for the fisherman.
