Fully renovated duplex Condo with great natural light, a quaint private outdoor space overlooking woods, two fully renovated bathrooms, a convenient half bath on the first floor, an updated full equipped galley kitchen (cooking utensils, coffee maker, microwave, wine refrigerator, electric oven/stove, highchair), in unit washer/dryer, living room with TV and great natural light. Location is very convenient to UNC campus and walkable to many conveniences including (Hawthorn & Wood, NODA brewing, Poplar Cafe, Walgreens, Brenz Pizza and more....). (There is a third bedroom with an air mattress available.)

A great place to stay

Excellent stay

The location is very convenient. A short drive to campus and many great restaurants. It is very quiet. Despite being a townhouse connected to other units we never were disturbed by noise. The unit has all the amenities you need and is very comfortable. There were 4 adults staying there and we had plenty of room, even when we all were getting ready in the morning. The host was very responsive to any questions. I would highly recommend staying here.

Perfect in every way!

Exactly what we expected from the listing, perfect location, and quiet. After a long day out, it was so nice to come back to a cozy, clean place. Parking is located right in front of the apt so it was a breeze to unload. The furniture is all new and the apt is spotless. We even cooked in one night since there's a stocked kitchen. 10/10! We'll be back for sure!
