Inside, our home boasts comfortable and tastefully decorated living spaces, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and unwind. You'll love cooking meals in our fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the appliances and tools you need to prepare delicious, home-cooked meals.
Our home is conveniently located just 10 minutes from the airport and only 15 minutes from downtown Palm Springs, where you can explore a wide variety of restaurants, shops, and attractions.

Guest Access:
*   You will have the entire house, property and garage to yourself.
*   Parking is available for a maximum of 4 vehicles.
*   Garage fits one large truck/van or two medium cars.

Other Things to Note:
**Please note that OUTDOOR MUSIC IS PROHIBITED PER PALM SPRING CITY ORDINANCE. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People's noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. ANY FINES RELATED TO CITY ORDINANCE VIOLATIONS WILL BE PAID BY THE GUEST.**

*  NO PETS WITHOUT PRIOR OWNER APPROVAL - MESSAGE US ON THE AIRBNB APP IF YOU WISH TO BRING A PET - IF APPROVED - Pets: $75

* The person renting our house MUST be 25 years old per the City of Palm Springs.

* There is an optional fee to heat the pool. The request to heat the pool should be done at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. Cost $ 149 /night.

* The City of Palm Springs requires an additional written contract which you will be sent before your arrival. The city also requires that renters supply a copy of their government issued ID and license plate numbers of personally owned vehicles.

Inspected property for compliance with cleaning, safety and maintenance protocols prior to each guest arrival. Ensured the overall health, safety and quality of each property with routine preventative maintenance, including testing of mechanicals, maintaining appliances, testing smoke and CO detectors, and confirming access to fire extinguishers.

Overall Cleaning and Disinfecting

Disinfected and sanitized high-touch surfaces at our property. This includes wiping down any and all items that guests, owners and service providers come into contact with, including keys, doorknobs, tabletops, appliances, electronics, and light switches. As well as sanitized soft surfaces and upholstery.

Re-washed Dinnerware

Housekeepers re-wash all dinnerware, including dinner plates, glasses, coffee cups and silverware, between arrivals.

We have very high standards for our property and expect it to be spotlessly clean and ready for your arrival. If you find anything to be not up to scratch or if there are any items missing, please inform us as soon as possible.

Note on Pet Cleaning Fee: The pet fee is not to have a dog there, it is a cleaning fee. Regardless, if the animal is a service animal or not, they still shed, leave dander, and need to be cleaned up after. This is to ensure that any other guests coming to enjoy the home may do so without worry of potential allergy, or mess related to the animal.
