Spacious, Bright 4-Bedroom Home with Mountain Views, Private Pool, and Hot Tub

Welcome to The Desert Escape! While we're brand new to VRBO, we're not new hosts. We have a 4.95 star review average on the other listing site with 97 reviews. This spacious and bright home is a relaxing getaway with Hollywood-glam and desert-vibes. There are 4 bedrooms -- great for big groups. Enjoy the private pool, hot tub, and backyard with stunning mountain views. The open concept kitchen and living area have phenomenal lighting. We are pet and baby-friendly, with everything you need for your little ones. And if you want to work from home, we have high speed WiFi and 2 rooms with desks. Palm Springs City ID # 4458.

The four bedrooms let everyone have their space, while the open common areas and the big, private backyard are perfect for spending time together. The kitchen is loaded with utensils, pots, pans, and everything you need to make a wonderful vacation meal. Or, head out to the grill for a great BBQ.

The home is a quick ten minute drive from the Palm Springs tram, great hiking, downtown Palm Springs, and everything in the area. If you're interested in heading to Joshua Tree to spend time in the beautiful national park, you're less than an hour drive away.

We are a kid and baby friendly home. The home has all the basics you need for your baby -- a full crib, a pack 'n play, a high chair, changing pad, kiddy bath, booster seat, and stroller. We want to make sure your little ones are as comfortable as you during your vacation.

We are a dog friendly home. We'd love for you to share pictures of your furry family enjoying the yard, home, and pool. Dogs aren't permitted on any of the furniture and can't be left alone unless they are in a crate. Please keep an eye on pets as any damaged furniture will have to be covered by the guest. There is a $100 pet fee that is already included in the booking price as long as you've listed that you're bringing a pet. A maximum of 2 dogs.

The hot tub comes fully heated and included in the price of booking. Enjoy relaxing in the spa. If you'd like to heat the pool to 86 degrees, there is an additional $50 fee per night (or $250 per week) that can be paid via the AirBNB. A pool heating fee is standard among every home in Palm Springs. Unfortunately, natural gas is expensive in the desert and this fee covers the energy cost to heat the pool. This is recommended for comfortable swimming between Oct 1st - May 31st.

Please note, the city of Palm Springs requires a short term contract be signed before check-in. We'll send a link to this contract with booking, but if you'd like to see if before, just let us know and we will share the link.

Please note that per Palm Springs Law:
1) You must be 25 or older to rent and
2) You must sign a short term rental contract before check in
3) There are noise ordinances and quiet hours as listed in the contract

Optional Add-Ons:
