For more than 3 nights, the city requires a permit, which you can also obtain via phone – again, we’ll provide you all the details in advance. This permit has a cost of approx. $10. If driving is something you would like to avoid during your stay, there are many convenient, easily accessible transportation options close to our home.

The neighborhood is walkable, centrally located (very close to the downtown and the lake) but quiet and peaceful at the same time. There is paid parking nearby, just a few blocks away.

This property is over 100 years old! It has tons of character with a beautiful and fully fenced backyard to be enjoyed (almost) all year around.
