Beautiful Comfortable Apartment.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Located in Homestead, you are in the central location for outlets, The Florida Keys and Miami. 2 floor apartment with the main bedroom on the second floor. Also located on the second floor is the bathroom and shower. All Televisions are brand new smart Tv's. They include Hulu, Netflix, HBO and Paramount for free. Avocado Villas is a quiet neighborhood, and the house is surrounded with security cameras for your protection.

The space
Apartment is separate from the home with it's own entrance. Apartment has, microwave, hot plate, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, bbq grill and refrigerator.

Guest access
Before your check in time, you will receive a custom code for the smart lock. You can self check in at anytime you arrive. Can fit up to 3 vehicles but we must be notified if more than one car will be parked, so we can have it arranged.
Other things to note

Only a few minutes from Black Point Marina, were you can enjoy waterfront ambiance with outdoor seating, food, drinks, live bands and you can take your boat out for a ride to Biscayne National Park. Close to Miami Zoo, authentic restaurants, winery's, Homestead Speedway, local fresh farms and more.

Room was a great spot for our quick overnight so see some of the National Park spots. Affordable and what we needed. Close restaurants nearby to eat as well if preferred over cooking. Great option if we’re in the area again.

Perfect for those looking to visit National Parks!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the convenient location of this stay! We were able to check two more National Parks off of our list! Not to mention, this is also located near the Keys! Such a clean and spacious apartment!

Great 1st experience with VRBO

This was our 1st experience with staying at a VRBO. Overall, it was a great experience. The apartment had what we needed for our 7 day trip to do a little bit of cooking for the few times we didn't eat out. The air conditioning was great given the record breaking heat. Maybe add in some hand towels for the bathroom. Host was very responsive to our messages and the check-in/check-out process was great!

Biscayne Bay

The property fit our needs perfectly. Close to Biscayne Bay for our visit there.The entrance to the property is as shown in the photos, we were confused by the signs on the gate which you need to go through, causing us to really wonder if we were at the correct location, and ended up at the front door of the house, which I must stress is not shown in the picture, but as I said, we were confused by the warning signs on the gate. The gentleman who answered the front door was very helpful.

Perfect Stay

We are touring Southern Florida and when we originally booked this up we weren’t sure because we had never heard of Homestead. Homestead is just a normal American town you have everything you want a short drive from the house whether that is the National Park the Everglades or Miami. In hindsight we wished we had just stayed here and traveled into Miami or wherever each day we would have saved a lot of money. The house is in such a quiet area you can go for a walk at night it feels safe. Inside it’s a massive area there are two huge beds. My wife had a cold type thing when we arrived so we could have separate beds. Super clean everywhere, good coffee machine with pods to use, yogurts in the fridge and parking on the driveway. Perfect stay you could not askfor more.

Review / Vbro Rental Homestead

The apartment was cozy and inviting. We had no problems. I do have one concerning thing about the shower. It is very slick and needs grippers on the floor of the tube. Would hate for someone to fall and hurt themselves. Also hard to reach the microwave since it is on top of the refrigerator and it would be nice to have a comfortable chair on the main level rather then bar stools. I would definitly use this rental again. Thanks for letting us stay we had a great time
